Lululemon Athletica

If anyone knows me, they know that I am a lululemon addict. I was a little sad that I wasn’t able to make it down here for their grand opening. My cousin saw it in the paper, she lives in Ridgefield, and she sent me a message. She is super sweet.
I live in Longmeadow, MA, so it’s a drive to get to this shop. I loved they way the store was designed. Outside of the shop, the walls were made up of reclaimed wood. There is a cute chalk board posted in the back, where you can submit recommendations on stock, color suggestions, or whatever you think of.
I came here to exchange a jacket that I bought online, it was the Bordeaux fluffy blanket jacket. I read all the reviews that suggested you to size up. I’m normally a four, so I ordered a six. It turned out looking horrible on me. So I called this shop on a Monday, since I planned on visiting my cousins that following weekend. They were able to hold the only four they had in stock for me until that Sunday. Score!
I went in the shop and asked for the Jacket and she already had it sitting behind the register. I tried it on and was rather disappointed with the jacket. I made me look like an eight year old trying on mommy’s jacket. So the employees helped me figure out what I should get that had more of the look I was looking for. I have a few of the puffed pieces, so I wasn’t really interested in that. One of the girls suggested the briskly biker jacket. They didn’t have one in stock, but one of the employees just happened to have one that she wore to work that morning. She was nice enough to let me try her coat, and man, it was gorgeous! I loved it!!! They exchanged my jacket, got me a gift card and made an order for me, the jacket arrived a few days later at my house! It was such a quick and easy process!
This place has the best service and the nicest girls! You should totally check this place out! LOVE it! Thanks for the great service girls!
