They have been our dry cleaner since we moved here. Give them your business. They even pick up and deliver. Open on Sunday!

My fiancé, Franklyn Ragan, brought in my dirty, salt stained, winter ruined ugg boots for a much needed cleaning. My boots are two years old, but they were very expensive and I wanted them to so badly come back to life. They were soooo ruined by the salt from last winter that they went from a dark tan color to a bleached out color and they were so hard and gross from salt deposits. Yuck! Anyway I got them back a week from when my fiancé brought them in and they look BEAUTIFUL!!! I can’t stop looking at them. They look absolutely brand new! They’re back to their original color and so soft! Totally recommend this place for their ugg cleaning!!!

I wish I could give them zero stars. This place is the worst. They charge way, way too much and have terrible hours. Once, I went to pick up my uniform on Sunday that I needed for work on Monday. Even though they promised the store would be open on Sunday, it was closed. I had to wear a dirty uniform to work on Monday. This place sucks!!!

I have been using them since I moved to the area 2 years ago and I have no complains. I have brought them everything from work suits to evening gowns to heavy comforters and I have been satisfied every time. They were able to remove stains from a white blazer that other laundromats couldn’t. Employees are polite and professional. Not cheap but worth it.

I have to agree with the other reviews on here that state the prices are high — they’re ridiculously high and it’s not like it’s better service. I was asked for an email address, when I went in there for the first time, which they would use for promotions and coupons and then the guy added — «you probably won’t ever see any coupons because they come out once in a blue moon» which I thought was odd. Sure enough, it’s been over a year since I was in there and no communications from them at all which is fine because I wouldn’t go back unless it was a 50% coupon making it more reasonable. Too bad, too. It’s decent location, but there are plenty of other dry cleaners in Danbury offering more reasonable prices.

****THISPLACELOSESYOURITEMS! IFSOMETHINGGOESWRONGTHEYBLAMEYOUANDDONOTTAKERESPONSIBILITY! **** I tried this place without reading their reviews because it was the closest cleaners to our new place. I dropped off 8 items and after picking my batch three days later realized an item was missing. I called the place and the manager(the skinny kid with glasses) answered the phone. I told him my situation and he was so rude. Instead of being courteous and trying to solve the problem, he not only did not take responsibility but accused me of misplacing the item and told me to «look again.» Shouldn’t he be looking? He placed me on hold for literally 30 seconds and told me there were no signs of my item. I asked him to explain to me the lost claims policy and he again responded passive aggressively and said that there is no way they could have misplaced it nor would they reimburse me for my lost item. I demanded to talk to someone with more professionalism and respect. So I talked to the owner. To my amazement the owner of a business should listen and try to solve the problem. Instead he yelled«We cannot help you! Good Bye!» and the manager said I was«nuts» and hung up on me. literally WTF! Completely baffled, I decided to go to MILLPLAINSCLEANERS after work with my girlfriend later that day after work. I was greeted by the kid with the glasses who claims to be the manager and he said that they had found my item. I know places make mistakes but to blame a customer for the wrong doing of something that they are responsible for losing is an abomination. To be honest, the manager is fake. He tries too hard and talks behind your back. He refused to apologize for himself. Instead he said he was sorry for«the owner» hanging up on me even though he called me nuts earlier. I HAD to persuade him to give us a refund for my item. He initially said«We have your item and it is clean so…» I convinced him to refund us our 9 dollars back for all the trouble. The receipt is on the image i posted for proof. PLEASEDONOTCOMEHERE! IT’s NOTWORTHLOSINGYOURITEMSANDALLTHETROUBLE!!!

Mill Plain Cleaners has been great. I moved to Danbury about a year and a half ago, and found them online. They do a good job of dry cleaning and I’ve also had my comforter washed here and it’s kept in good condition. I am always happy with the job they do here. The only reason I give it 4 stars is that they are not always super friendly there. There used to be a very friendly guy but I don’t see him there anymore — the employees don’t always seem happy to be there, although they do a good job.
