Let me start this review when my dissatisfaction began.
I had to replace my carpet in my apartment prior to moving out. I stood and waiting for someone in carpeting to call me over after waiting around 5 minutes. I began explaining to the worker the condition of my carpet, and just not being sure of I needed a patch or to redo the entire area, at this moment another customer walks up. The lady quickly said oh you’re going to have to redo the whole thing and then rudely stated that she was working with this lady and asked me to step aside and she will be right with me. But seeing how long it took her to be rude to me, I didn’t get on it and left.
Side note, the only reason I returned to this store was because they had the exact carpet I needed. I return back there to pick up the carpet and then grab some blinds. After waiting a reasonable amount of time by the blinds, I had to go out into the main isle and ask someone for help. This older woman came to help me cut the blinds. She then took a look at the blinds I had and stated that they were unable to cut the blinds I had picked out. Meanwhile I came here about a year and a half ago and they were able to do this with the machine she was leaning upon. I told her that I was previously able to get this task done here. To which she felt the need to tell me she had worked at that establishment for 10 years and they cannot do it. Then, the woman who was helping me with the carpet came over to give me my receipt. This is when the woman who had worked there for 10 years proceeded to talk about me, while I stood there.
Icing on the cake to this story, I actually canceled my install as I was able to fix my carpet using my carpet. As my install cost me $ 148, I get refunded nothing as they hold $ 150. So whether they come out here and do their job, or do nothing at all, they’re still stealing my money.
So I ended up purchasing the blinds that were closest in size, as they’re apparently unable to cut blinds. Well 3 out of 4 of them don’t fit, what a great customer experience.
Home Depot, I’m not the type to fix up my house in the least bit, but you have lost this customer for life.
Lowe’s, here I come!

Feels like since we’ve bought a new house we’ve been living at Home Depot … It can be daunting but JOE is amazing ! He has the best attitude and is extremely helpful. Also GARDNER was a great help with helping us load and unload our stuff multiple times. I just had to write a review mainly for them because after my husband and I have been to all of the surrounding Home Depots these employees have been the BEST!

Do yourself a favor and avoid this location like the plague if you’re looking for a kitchen design or remodel. Kristen, the kitchen designer is completely rude and unresponsive. We had an initial meeting with her, she said she would work on some ideas according to our preferences and layout and get back to us. A week went by with no phone call back. We tried calling her several times and either she wasn’t there or the phone rang off the hook. We finally got a hold of her after speaking to a manager and she was a completely rude on the phone. Done. Bullet dodged. Go see Erich and his team at Lowes. They are friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable.

Went to this store specifically because they had enough of the tile I needed. I checked online before heading out. After an hour they couldn’t locate the tile. Big shock. I asked that they please contact me and have the tile shipped to a closer store – this one is 45 minutes away. I had to call a few days later because no one contacted me and I was treated very rudely by the operator.
I ended up ordering the tile from my local Home Depot and hope it arrives in time–
Never again. The manager did offer me a discount on future purchases, but really – why would I want to return to this location?

GRANITE COUNTERTOP. I bought a granite countertop from Home Depot who uses UNICO in Newburgh to install. There has been one problem after another including putting the wrong edge, a chip and a crack for initial installation. They left it cracked and chipped an thought that I would not notice. They did make good on the wrong edge. Unico and Home Depot came out or sent an independent inspector out 5 more times. They installed a second countertop and it was loose and smaller/​thinner on one side of stove than the other. They state that this is within industry standards. I had to pay carpenter to be there for each of these additional visits. I bought the countertop in July and am finally done with them in December. I am not satisfied with a countertop ¹⁄₈ inch smaller than other side. It is noticeable. Home Depot is not the place to buy granite countertops!!!

Dont like the Nursery because the flowers don’t last and over priced, the help dont really know anything, the prices are way out of wack for the area, the rental center rents you broken equipment and then tries to charge you for it and they argue with you when you tell them it was broke when you rented it… the supplies and materials sold there suck and the lumber sold at HD is the worse and should not cost so damn much… bit of advise don’t show here unless you want to blow your hard earned money on worthless shit, you are better off shopping at Lowes and Rings End

They are horrible at customer service! Went to buy a refrigerator and was told no one could help us and to come back another day by the MANAGER! Will never shop here again!

While most of these stores have less and less employees I couldn’t let the day go by without expressing my gratitude to store Managers, James, Stephanie, and James assistant Tanya. We had issues on two different occasions and these incredible employees bent over backwards to help ensure our projects would be completed on time. Great experience!

This is my favorite Home Depot they’re always well stocked the staff is knowledgeable and courteous.

Had to ask someone for help though staff I dealt with were polite & able to get me to the product I was shopping for. I was strictly in the nursery so I can only speak for those people but overall, an okay place though not the best I’ve ever been to. I wouldn’t have minded being asked if I needed help considering I was aimlessly wandering about trying to find something in particular & had no clue where it was.
