Terminated my contract with COMCAST and had to drop off equipment at this location. No real issues except I returned all my equipment at one counter then was given a receipt to go wait in another line to do what? I then had to go up to the counter and submit the receipt. Well the first person that took all the equipment in failed to log in 2 pieces. I was then asked you are missing 2 pieces, nope you need to check with the person I first dropped off the equipment with.
