DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. We bought several items from this store with varying degree’s of difficulty. The last piece of furniture was a couch which we chose a fabric for and was asked to sign a form stating it would take 10 to 12 weeks however the sales person with a nod and a wink said we would have it by mid august which would have been 8 weeks the form is just because they make you. We did not receive the couch for 14 weeks and when it came it was damaged. Now trying to get them to pick it up and repair is even worse the customer service dept. hung up on us twice (two different agents) because we only wanted them to pick it up and fix it which they refused to do. We still have not had this resolved (Oct 1st)…we ordered the couch 10th of June

Yet another piece of my new room has arrived! Jan Stanley is beyond fabulous! She has tracked the furniture along the entire process, letting me know what was going on the entire time. I can’t recommend working with her enough. She REALLY knows her stuff, goes above and beyond!
