My cousins wedding was here last night and the place was great. I definitely recommend to anyone looking to hold an event or ceremony. Very nice and organized and beautiful place.

Fascinating place to visit, but I can’t afford to shop there. Really beautiful, very, VERY high-end pieces, some which I will never forget(in the best way possible). Definitely worth a visit.

In a word… Amazing, like the name(Gallery of Amazing Things). This gallery definitely makes it into South Florida’s jewelry box. Countless natives have passed by it, but probably never stopped in to explore. What a collection! Boy am I glad that I called to inquire beyond the website. The website is a little deceiving. One could be under the impression that focus is primarily on event hosting. Not at all. Staff is welcoming, and eager to educate. You will enjoy! Just don’t be foolish to miss out. Take it from someone who pride’s herself on searching out the best.

I live nearby and I’ve never been inside however I have contacted them several times about planning an event there and no one has called me back. They must not need the business.

This place is amazing!!! Came here for a b boy battle. Took me back to the Beat street days. yep I’m old school. There were people battling from all around and people visiting from all over the world. This museum is real dope though with concrete flooring and art work that’s just fascinating. Although I didn’t get a chance to look at all the art work(being too distracted by the event going on) I must definitely come back to see what I missed. All the performers were wonderful and I saw some amazing moves… I us to do a fresh windmill and noone was better then me for a kickworm but that was wayyyyy back in my younger days… LOL. Anyhow much love to all the performers especially the young kids that blew my mind. Must definitely watch them cause they’ll definitely be doing big things as they progress and get older. Again, this event meant so much… reminded me of growing up with my brothers and thinking we were a dance crew. I wonder what could’ve been if we kept up with it. Mad love to all the b boys and girls still reppin!

The gentleman who was at the musuem was very accommodating. The museum was about to close in 30 minutes but he still gave us a tour and even allowed us to see the second floor. Worth the visit.

True to its name it really is an amazing operation as well as an amazing place full of amazing things, which if you are into art, various antiques ceramic or porcelain, crystals and enjoy seeing items you wouldn’t expect to see, one of a kind, or those found nowhere else, the Gallery of Amazing things is well worth a visit. I really didn’t know what to expect when I first entered. I thought there would be an admission fee, but there wasn’t any. It turned out, at least when I was there, that they were merely accepting of contributions. Anyway, when I arrived I was given one of the warmest greetings I’ve ever been given anywhere then a assigned a personal tour guide, one of the nicest people one could ever meet, who took me through and thoroughly explained everything. I’m usually not keen on tour guides, but here I really needed one because so many of the items were so rare, so unusual and so unique, that left on my own, I’d really have no idea of what it was that I was viewing; the items being all that atypical and different from what one might normally expect or encounter. I’d really like to explain in some detail the items I saw, but this is a review and such would actually require a book. Many of the items are of personal collections, seemingly I think on loan for display such as those of the Wiener Museum of Decorative Arts known to have the most comprehensive collection of British Ceramics in the United States as well as other items actually posted with a price and for sale. Items like massively heavy beautiful wooden bench, mineral crystals nearly approaching the size of my car, art work of fossil fish impressions, rare World War II Zeiss naval binoculars, antique outboard boat motors & etc.; unfortunately all of them beyond the ranges of my limited budget. The Gallery of Amazing things is also a venue for exhibitions, and as such both magnificent and elaborate. When I was there they were preparing for the International Ceramics & Glass Fair with at least one hundred news reporters and others gathering in a main area for advance information and news coverage. Indeed, the place really does lend itself well as a venue for such organizational meetings.

As you travel down S. Federal Hwy in Dania Beach, you might recall seeing an unpretentious two story grey building at SE4th Terrace and S. Federal Hwy. ~ There is a very large artistic metal sculpture of dinosaur on the side of the building and above the sculpture the words, «Gallery of Amazing Things» Q: Did you ever wonder what was in that building? Well we did! ~ Our curiosity had finally got to us and we had to stop to see what it is all about. There is really no signage or windows except for whited-out double glass doors and a security video key pad on the side. ~ I pushed the button to no avail no answer? So using the Unilocal App, I found their telephone number and called to see if they where open ~ A very pleasant gentleman answered and we ask if we could enter to see what his establishment was all about. ~ Only later to find out that this gentleman was the Producer of the Gallery of Amazing Things, Mr. Gregg Whittecar. He was very politely and said«yes», then in a brief moment a lady greeted us at the whited-out double glass doors. She introduced her self as one of the curators and asked if we would like a tour ~ we replied, of course! As we entered the building and we were immediately overwhelmed by the«WOWFACTOR»! We went on an amazing journey though space and time learning about their facility that contained impeccable pieces of natural history, art, international acclaimed ceramics, and repurposed military pieces that where just magnificent. We spent over two hours being enlightened by our curator(Ms. Christine LaBarca) on what each display/exhibit was, its history or background and the impact that it had on the art world. ~ Just an amazing wealth of knowledge to comprehend in such a short time. Remember this is only a «By Appointment» entry ~ but we fortunate enough to be in the right place at the right time. I will not go into detail of what exactly what we saw for that is what led us there… ~ Curiosity ~ All I can say is, what cultural find we have in South Florida that i did not know ever existed. It’s a place that also has numerous private showings and events so I suggest that you go for a visit and see for yourself. This is for patrons who like particular types of artistic showings, so the venue at that particular time might not be for you. ~ but it is definitely worth a telephone call or a visit to their website. For it is a «Gallery of Amazing Things» Cheers!

In a very unassuming building lies a hidden gem. By appointment only, you can enjoy a magnificent art gallery. Filled with Natural history art, all styles of ceramics, and repurposed military pieces, this beautiful space can be used to host parties too. I look forward to coming back, and seeing what’s new.

This is a fantastic gallery with ever changing talented artists. I live in Colorado and every time I go to Miami or Ft. Lauderdale, The Gallery of Amazing things is one of my go to places. I would love to attend an event there someday since I have seen some of the breathtaking art works and lavish decorations on their facebook page.

I have been wondering what the building with the dinosaur on it is all about. I went to an event here and was amazed! This was a great space for the event and so many interesting types of art. I can’t wait to go back and see it again.
