Chase Bank

My favorite bank after Washington Mutual was established! never had a complaint with them. The employees know me personally.
the bank is easy located and parking is ok.

I’m not happy with this branch of Chase whatsoever. I recently called due to my account being compromised. There were several charges that were not mine and made in other states. I spoke with the Manager of the bank and after explaining my concern about my account, I was bluntly told that she was too busy to take my call at that time. So I asked her if she could call me back because this was of utmost importance. Well, needless to say she never called me back. On the following day I received a call from Chase fraud protection and they told me my card was being used in several states at the same time. I asked him if he got this information from the bank manager from my branch in Dania Beach FL. And he answered me no. He was never told of the situation I noticed on an earlier date. I once again called the Dania Beach branch and spoke with the same Manager, she informed me that she did not have time in her day to answer all calls she receives, even if it’s about fraudulent use of my credit card. I find this totally unacceptable! By doing this she cost the bank thousands of dollars that was used fraudulently on my credit card. This woman should be fired immediately and never work in the banking industry again. I would definitely not recommend opening an account at this branch. Chase is a great bank, however they need to screen their employees more carefully. I will call again and ask to speak with the President of this branch to see if this Manager should be removed or demoted to bathroom attendant. It seems that she qualifies for only that position in a major bank.
