Dunkin’ Donuts

It’s a dunkin donuts — crappy food, stale donuts always, too sugary of drinks — except the coffee depending on how you get yours. But I wanted to leave a review for this specific location because of their coffee! I’m not sure what this location does differently then the others in town (mind you there is one around the corner at the entrance of the killingly commons). But this locations coffee is amazing! I will not stop at any other location for an iced coffee. If I don’t have time to stop at this one because the drive thru line is too long, etc. then I go without for the day! It’s just that good compared to all the others I pass on my way to work.

Typical mediocre Dunkin Donuts food. A bit more overcooked and dry than usual. The kitchen floor was covered in food and wrappers. The cashier Didn’t really listen to orders. It was a hassle for multiple customers. If you’re in a rush, hit a different branch. I’m sure there’s one a half mile away.
Chain wise, I have a really nice DND near my house that would get a three star rating due to its good staffing.

Not a fan of any of the breakfast sandwiches, coffee is ok…

well it looks like the dayville dd’s is not listed so i will do a combo review for both dayville and this one (brooklyn)…
over ten years ago, i tried to get a choco coolata, the putnam DD’s machine was broken so i drove to dayville, i went inside (this one had no drive — thru) and ordered a choco coolata, i was told their machine was also broken! i was confused … was this a chain thing? all their machines shut down at the same time … so i asked about it and said putnam was broken also … the lady, who was quite humored by our predicament, said «maybe the people in putnam just didn’t want to make you one … you can try ours it’s got a big crack in it.»
now if you read my putnam review you will read one of my greatest regrets, now here is my next one. i didn’t try their machine, i didn’t see the big crack in it!
i then went to brooklyn and they had choco coolatas!
