Food is awesome! I have never had anything that I’ve disliked here! It’s not health food so if that’s what you’re looking for, fuck off! People running the place are a blast to talk to while you wait. This place is one of a kind and I’m glad it’s close by to where I now live!

This place absolutely blew my mind, and the owners are truly amazing people. If you can somehow find a way to make it to Gut Bustas, you should do yourself a favor and get there. If I lived any closer, it would spell reeeally big trouble for me. I’d honestly give this little food cart 6 stars if I could. Go ahead, order anything off the menu. I guarantee you’ll fall in love. Also, I do believe it’s located in Danielson, CT, not Dayville, and the hours posted on here aren’t accurate either. Call them up at 860−933−8615 before you go just in case.

WOW ! ! ! A friend who is a graduate of Johnson & Wales Culinary College recommended this BBQ truck, and I guess I owe him a big thank you. .. and a big drink, too. Smoked pork sandwich was very moist(almost a shredded/stewed consistency) and served with similarly tender diced onions, in a generous portion on a sub roll. Baked beans were dark, thick and sweet. French fries were absolutely FRESH, HAND-CUT, with perfect texture, flavor, crispness, and color. ***** If you don’t slam on your breaks and pull into this joint you are making a big mistake*****

Great place to go for some BBQ. Ate there for the first time last week and the experience was great. The owners are very personable and the food was good along with the portion size. Well worth the time to find the little spot on the side of the road, I drove past it twice. 8) Will be back and bringing my daughter with me. Eric

This place has wonderful food! Hamburgers and italian sausage, home cut fries and pulled pork, and delicious«dough boys»(mini fried dough with powered sugar), and more. My fiancé and I are addicted to it and will be going back when we are in the area again. Don’t be fooled by the little trailer and tent set up.

Hours on Unilocal are not accurate. They are open all day throughout the week serving up all kinds of delicious smoked meat creations. They are not just catering. Don’t let the tarp outside or the food truck fool ya, this place is legit. They don’t believe in sauce to make the pork taste good, they smoke it right and the flavor is all there. Have the pork & onion or the smoked meatloaf(yes meatloaf!!).
