This was the absolutely worst Chinese food I have ever had! The Wonton soup was neon yellow oily slime with unknown balls of something in it. The Beef Lo Mein turned out to be spaghetti with some mystery meat. It amazes me that the place is packed every time I drive by as the food was barely edible. I felt robbed. Never again!

I have been a customer for 30 years but no more chicken fingers were so greasy that when you picked one up it dripped with grease and the pieces of chicken were tiny, all greasy batter there was not 1 bean sprout in the pork fried rice just horrible. I thought it was a fluke maybe a new cook so I tried 2 more times and the same a big greasy mess with missing ingredients. sorry Jade Garden but I’m gone you are not the best in town anymore

I enjoyed Chinese food and I live locally. But every time I do decide to get Chinese I’m reminded of why it’s been a while since my last purchase. My very first visit was with my family who is visiting from out of town. I ordered lemon with my water and was told I could not have a lemon in my water. I asked them to charge me for it and she said no I had to buy a soda or something to go with it. Since then, over the years, The portions continue to decrease the prices continue to go up and the oil is horrible it just is getting greasier and greasier. I ordered a large container of wonton soup and get nothing but broth and perhaps four wontons. Very disappointing. You still love their eggrolls but not so much anymore. I know times are tough but they’re tough for all the rest of us as well. Just changing the oil more often would make a huge difference in the quality of their food. A restaurant out in Willamantic was recommended and we may actually make the trip to have some Chinese food. Seems a shame when we have a restaurant several miles down the road.

Ordered takeout like we have a hundred times. Opened containers to find portions sizes that one would expect from a lunch menu. Mind you it was dinner, and we paid dinner prices. The chicken fingers were all breading, the beef teriyaki was ½ the stick, and the boneless pork was a few pieces. General Tso chicken was a skimpy portion. The chicken chow mein, white rice and crab ragoons were delicious. We were grossly disappointed in out food. We will be sticking to China Garden.

Have gone here for over 20 years and have never been disappointed. My kids always love the pu pu platter.
