Recently visited family in Danielsville and attempted to eat dinner at this Fox’s franchise location. We had 4 young children in our party and asked to redeem a carry-​out coupon for their pizzas, but eat in the restaurant. We were not allowed to do so. In fact, the young lady explicitly told us we’d have to take our food somewhere else to eat it if we used the coupons.
We did so, along with potential revenue for four adult drinks and meals that we spent at Subway. Had we not promised the children pizza, we would not have placed an order of any kind. Overpriced, mediocre pizza leaves little margin for a poor customer experience. In a very small market, several interactions like this will make for significant reduction in Fox’s customer base. Convenience is their only advantage and hardly enough to warrant a recommendation.

The pizza sauce tastes like syrup and the chicken wings are the same ones that come from the grocery store freezer case in a bag. The hoagies are, however, Fox’s only saving grace.
