My kid loves coming here & it’s still a pit. They have new games, but most are broken and have been that way for months. The staff is a complete joke. They are on their cell phones non stop & it always appears to be an inconvenience to get help from the staff. Why does no one take pride in their work? Why does this place continue to employee people who can’t even be bothered to pick the place up?! I’m glad my son is getting older so I can start taking him to Dave and Busters!

Awful… Awful. and awful… First time hosting a birthday party for a 6 year old… never again… — Late opening which resulted in delayed birthday event — No favor bags were given, dispite having confirmed the day before(excuse was that they were not shipped on time) — Host was unserviceable since he did not know what package we had — Ice cream was not given to kids because they«forgot» — 4 parties at once?! for a small place is pathetic and disorganized — Paid for a Piñata for all the kids in the party because they dont have a location for the birthday party that paid for it. Avoid this place at all costs if you plan to have a party…

Had the worst experience at my last visit. The customer service was extremely poor. Stood in line for 15minutes while the host was texting. Than I finally placed my order. $ 60.00 worth of food and tokens. One and half-hour later no pizza. When I go ask there had no idea what to say. Your food should be out on 5 minutes. Another 45 minutes and finally comes the food. As we start to eat they say we’re closing in 10 minutes. No explanation of why. I don’t think I’ll EVER go to this Chuck e Cheese again. Horrible experience

Staff is friendly and they always take care of any issues that arise. Kids always have a great time and I enjoy the chance to relax. Even my biggest kid(ummm, aka my husband) has fun here. Food is not bad, the coupons on their website help with the cost and you only need the codes so no wasted paper. Please don’t get me wrong, I have a brother with Downs and have employed adults with special needs in the past but the only thing that stops me from giving this location a 5 star rating is the ill mannered and down right rude man they employ at the prize counter. He is clearly not physically comfortable or happy with his job but taking it out pin customers and small children is not acceptable.

If it wasn’t because my kids genuinely love it there and ask me to take them from time to time, I wouldn’t step foot in this joint.(And also not give it 2 stars, but only 1) It is very dirty! Bathrooms are always disgusting, the soda station is always a sticky mess. Food is okay, but I don’t usually buy it if I can help it. My daughter is 6 and my boys are 2, and for as long as I can remember, this place has had questionable sanitation. I love seeing my kids enjoy themselves, but hate having to give them a good scrub down when we get home. :-( I attached some pics of a recent trip; place was busy, but the management should plan and employ enough staff to keep up with the mess! It’s just downright embarrassing!

I prefer thus chuck e cheese over the Everett location only bc it is less packed usually. The bathrooms are DISGUSTING I would not use the bathroom at all… the trash is so full it comes out of the wall and falls to the floor where it piles up. I’ve been there on 3 different occasion where there was shit on the toilet seat. bathroom also smells how it looks. I took my son outside to go pee. Pizza is fine… chicken is ok to eat but nothing to brag about… but it is a chuck e cheese so what can u expect. Staff is kind enough, but useles. you can ask for something, anything a countless number of times and unless u follow that person around, you will not get what u need. A good majority of the games usually are out of service. Chuck e does not come out every hour like he is scheduled to to dance with the kids. This can be very disappointed when u spend hours there and you child keeps asking when Chuck E is going to come out. Manager is just as bad as the staff and has no respect from his staff and is just as lazy ad everyone else that works there.

Went this afternoon with my wife, mother nd 2.5 year old daughter. The gentleman at the front register was extremely polite, and very helpful. Came in with some coupons from the website and he helped me pick out the best one for what we wanted. I haven’t been to CEC in probably 15 years and the pizza is still delicious! We ordered 2 large, 4 drinks, comes with 80 tokens for $ 50. My daughter had a blast! 1 token for everything is great unlike Bonkers. Place was very clean and being cleaned every half hour or so. I have no complaints whatsoever in fact this trip likely brought me back for more ventures with my daughter.

The parking lot is literally a mess and very hard to find parking. I was excited to not have to worry about a party but I did. My party host never came to greet us at the door. The place was gross with papers, trash, food all over the place. The bathroom was DIGUSTING and literally had poop and pee all over the place. When they did clean it; they didn’t use spray just water. GROSS! The party I had was disorganized and we had no idea what the flow of the party was. The kids only ended up having 20 minutes to play because the food/cake/birthday song took far too long. We hardly saw our host and he was not helpful at all. He kept saying 5 more minutes for birthday party and well 40 minutes later we had the song going on for a countdown of 10 minutes. Once he came out instead of starting out on the other side for pictures they were having him in the middle. We had a two year old nad he was antsy from being forced to wait 45 minutes just to see him. The pizza was gross and very greasy. It’s no longer any good. Honestly I’d never have a birthday party there again

Had my stepdaughters birthday party here today and it was great. If you are having a lot of kids for a party, this is a really good deal. For $ 14.95 each kid gets 2 slices of pizza, unlimited soda/punch refills and 20 tokens. We got an extra 100 tokens for booking online and also had a coupon for $ 20 for 100 tokens. The kids had a blast and the pizza was surprinsgly good. The manager came by our table and asked us if we needed anything. There was a mix-up with the order which wasn’t our hostesses fault, it was a miscommunication, but she took care of it and our bills was revised to reflect the mix-up. Kudos to her. They’re all HS kids working here on the weekend but they were helpful and really seemed to please all the birthday kids and their guests. One star was taken away because the older gentleman at the prize counter was miserable, swearing under his breath and mumbled comments and was gettig upset with the younger children trying to cash in prizes. If he doesn’t like kids, he shouldn’t be working at Chuck E Cheese. Also, we were short seats at our table but since some kids didn’t show up it worked out but if everyone did I don’t know where they would of sat. Overall, the kids have a blast. Good place for a birthday party!

Expect the obvious! It’s probably going to be crowded and crazy during a rainy weekend, but I love coming here during the week for a special lunch with my son :) for under $ 15 we can get a sm pizza, drinks and tokens for an hour or so of fun. Check their website for coups before you come!

Well, I must say I have not graced Chuck E. with my presence in a very long time. The place is always totally hectic, loud, and crazy. The one good thing is that they have those climbing structures so that really active kids can run climb and slide. And hopefully avoid all the video games. Much to my extreme disappointment, when I got there I discovered that the«focus» of the place now is video games. We have just taken a huge step backwards in our society, not that Chuck E. Cheese’s was ever a place for the intellectually elite. But at least there was some wholesome play stuff for the kids instead of it just being an arcade that serves pizza. Now, it’s just an arcade! The climbing structures are vastly reduced and shoved into the back of the building. It’s 85% video games which of course require the huge outlay of money and tokens. Yes, it’s just an indoor arcade now. Totally horrifying. If it had not been a rainy day, and if I had not promised my two eight year old companions that we were going there, I would have just left. There is a play place in Woburn«Kids Playground» that has the climbing stuff and slides along with dress up, and other imaginitive play opportunities. It’s worth the drive, and the price – it’s $ 8.99 for each kid. Don’t go to Chuck E. Cheese’s. It’s really a wasteland.

If I could have I would’ve opted for a root canal without the painkillers than to go to this place but in the still forming mind of a five year old this is the next best thing to Disney. The event — my nieces birthday party. When — 1pm on a Sunday afternoon, the same time 11 other parties of 20 kids were having one. The problem — the place sucks. The pizza sucks, half of the games are either broken or should be so that sucks. Some of the parents who go there tend to just sit in a booth and let their kids run wild so beware of the 7 year old kid hurling the Skee-Balls off of the wall so they suck. When it came time for the show it was delayed because, as the server informed us, «We can’t find Chuck E.» who I imagine was out back nursing a bottle of Jack Daniels wondering how in the Hell he got into this. So Chuck E. sucks(but can you blame him?) One of the other Dads there told me he had heard there was a bar in the one in Methuen. Now that would have made things suck a little less. But not much.
