Just tried going here as it’s advertised as opened 10 – 7 in Unilocal and they’re closed!!! Literally store is no longer there would have been nice to have this updated so as to not waste my time in typical 114 nightmare traffic

Worst customer service experience of my life. Save yourself the hassle and go to Baby Furniture Warehouse instead. Same products, more of them and much better experience overall. Just awful. For the money they get from you, you would hope they could at least treat you well.

I think this store is lost. It just doesn’t belong on a busy commercial driving range of strip malls and malls malls on route 114 in Danvers. It belongs in Wellseley, or Marblehead, among the strolling elite.(no pun intended) So, we’re shopping for strollers. It’s Sunday and the store is empty. The selection of strollers is decent, and can stand up to say, Magic Beans in(you guessed it) Wellesley. But unlike the Magic Bean, or the Isis Maternity store, or even the evil giant Babies R Us, there is not an eager helpful salesperson to explain to you how this monster of a machine folds, unfolds, where you can put your coffee cup and how much it costs. No. Instead, there is a gum chewing 13? 15? year old, who was surfing the web as we, the only two customers in that store, hemmed and hawed over the new Micralite Toro, bruised our fingers trying to unlock the whatchmacallit doohickey, and walked circles around it looking for the price tag. She also had a two word vocabulary: «I dunno…» Wait, three words: «Uh… I dunno…» I think she was the kid daughter of the owner. Not smart, dad, to leave her in charge when she dunno anything. Anyway, I took a gander around the store, and again, it is full of upscale merchandise with price tags to match — but it’s in a strip mall in Danvers, and it doesn’t bring with it the kind of service this sort of price tag brings with it. Usually. It’s silly. But I felt pretty poisonous when I left that store. Enough to write this review. Sorry, Chulamama, I’m going back to Babies R Us. Sometimes the tried and true evil giants are tried and true for a reason…
