Arrived at lunch time and expected the worst. After a short wait to enter the office, was met by professional and helpful staff. A wait of 10 minutes and was courteously helped as I changed my license and car registration from out of state.
Couldn’t expect much better service, so left pleasantly surprised!

Danvers, MA
Awful, there’s probably 150+ people here and 3 staff members behind the counter. I understand there might be staffing/​break issues, however a two hour estimated wait time is unbelievable. Especially where people next to me have been here for «much longer». This is unreal. Never ever again
