Bad response time, staff is not helpful or unhappy to be under staffed. Waited 15 mins for help. Ended up just leaving.

Small store offering beautiful fruits and veggies, deli, honey, granola, bread. Prices reasonable. Wish they had organic and local options.

Let me start by saying I should be biased because my boyfriend’s father owns the place. Let me continue by saying — I’m not. Danvers Fresh earns its five stars for a number of reasons … * First and foremost, great selection. Locally-grown mint, blueberries to die for, seasonal fruit, huge selection of veggies, a deli counter where you can get cold cuts or sandwiches made to order, and of course. the heavenly salad bar. Not to mention Chobani yogurts and a variety of beverages in the ample fridge. * Secondly, and almost as important — killer prices. That bushel of locally grown mint I mentioned? 99 cents. Blueberries can get as low as $ 1.99. Lunch to go for about $ 5. Awesome, awesome, awesome. * Third, and this is some insider trading so you didn’t hear it from me — Dave the owner knows his stuff. He’s been working in produce for decades and he knows what to buy, when, and from where. The shop is always different because produce isn’t always predictable, but he doesn’t buy just to buy, he buys what’s great and passes it on to his customers. * Fourth, it’s a local business! Dave owns it and runs it and employees a few locals. You’ll see him prepping the lettuce, making a sandwich order, or ringing out a customer. Not only are you scoring great deals on great healthy foods, you are supporting your local encomy. * And rounding out the star lineup with number five — Lots of goodies. Gluten-free options, fruit/veggie/sandwich/etc catering options, special-order items for regulars. All the things that make a charming local business special are nestled inside Danvers Fresh Marketplace. One warning — no salad bar on Sundays but it is totally worth it to head down on your lunch break during the week & a great place to pick up lunch to go on Saturday! Accepts credit/debit cards.

This place has great produce(some of the best corn on the cob I had all season) for reasonable rices. Too often these little fruit/veggie stores pop up and you have to sign over your first child for a bag of apples. I really appreciate the prices here and all the produce I’ve bought here has been tasty, tasty. No glowing reviews for the staff, but they get the job done. Big plus– it’s in walking distance from my homestead. Ch-ch-ch-check it out.

I really like this place. The prices are very reasonable and I love that they have Boars Head cold cuts. They have a nice selection of fruit and veggies and they always look crisp and fresh.

Prices seem pretty competitive/Staff is friendly/Property is clean. Deli Sandwiches are $ 4.00 — $ 5.00 My wife and I are trying to shop local and this is the place where we’ve been getting our veggies and fruits(since they opened a month ago…) Reminds me a bit of the old Murphy’s Fruit Mart(was on the same site for 50+ years!)
