I needed a Mother of the Groom dress altered and they did a fantastic job! The dress was a sample dress that I bought from a local bridal shop and like most samples it needed some additional work to make it fit just right and Christina made sure that it did from hemming the layers of chiffon to adjusting the straps within the off the shoulder top and all at a very reasonable price. We found that someone has previously ripped the back of the dress and tried to repair it and Christina and her staff were able to repair it perfectly and quickly. I highly recommend them!

Go somewhere else for your alterations!!! Every time I was in there I felt rushed. Christina wouldn’t listen to the changes I wanted made to my wedding gown. All she cared about was the money I was giving her. Really regret giving this place my business.
In reply to Christina’s response: At each visit, I asked for changes to be made to my dress and the response was always «that’s the way the dress is» despite me being unhappy with how the dress fit. It was this same poor customer service that was shown to me today when I couldn’t return an item that was never worn before. My wedding was less than a week ago.

I’m a full stars unless you prove me otherwise type of gal. Pins and Needles deserves it so far. Christina and her staff were friendly and extremely accommodating and made me feel listened to. After having had some horrific experiences at local bridal shops, their good attitude and nice environment were a breath of fresh air that inspires confidence. Christina took my measurements which were several inches smaller than what i had been given by the other shops and will entirely change what i order and in turn the amount of alterations which will be required! I look forward to working with Christina and will give updates on the final product.

The staff at Pins & Needles is great! I had them fix some things for myself and my girlfriend and they completed the work quickly and for a fair price! I would recommend this place for anyone needing high quality alterations and tailoring.

I brought the bridesmaid dress from hell into this place when another tailor quoted me $ 600 to make it fit me (it was way too small on the bottom and oddly made). It took three fittings, but Christina made a miracle happen. I wore it to the wedding, danced in it all night, and tested it to the limits. Nothing ripped!!! Best of all, the price to do the alterations was very very reasonable. Thank you for helping me not look ridiculous!
