This is by far the worse Staples around. It is the closest one to my house but I will drive out of my way to go to another location.
The customer service and store management is horrible and the associates do not know how to process simple transactions.
Do not go here for any Verizon Wireless related questions, they are clueless, drive the extra 2 miles up 114 to the Verizon store.

I had two print jobs done this week, and Alex and Lori were very helpful. The jobs were done on time and, though each of them had to be reprinted b/​c I submitted Word files instead of PDFs (the formatting in the Word file gets slightly messed up in the upload process, wheras the PDF does not change), both were reprinted free of charge. Lori and Alex were very cooperative and professional!
