This is an update of my initial 1 star review: Shortly after I posted that review I was messaged by someone from supercuts who asked if they could contact me to discuss my experience.. It took a while to get everything sorted because of they had an incorrect email for me. But the bottom line is they listened to my feedback and apologized and let me know they were working on improving that location. I asked for a refund and they mailed me a check for the amount I’d paid plus some coupons for complimentary haircuts. Since I’ve been to 7 different supercuts over the past 20 years and this is my only bad experience I’m sticking with them. A bad haircut grows back, good customer service is forever.

I got my hair cut by Paige and she did an awesome job. My hair is thinning on the top and frizzy from hairdryer and dye-abuse. She gave me the best style and haircut. My hair feels and looks so healthy. My son also got his hair cut by Paige as well and said this is the best haircut he has gotten. Thanks Paige. Linda and Luke

Now, first let me start by saying I understand that going in, I was fully aware that I was walking into a cheap, chain hair«salon». I had a horrible experience at a different location when I was a kid so I always steered clear of this place and similar chains. I walked in with an open mind and knew that I would leave with 1 of 2 results. Either it would be a normal haircut or my tremendous fear would be reaffirmed. Mind you, I was only going in for a trim so how badly could this end up, right? Wrong. I don’t know who cut my hair, as I didn’t ask for her name but I have a hard time believing that she looked at my hair when she was done and said«this looks great, I did a good job!» That part at the end of the haircut when they ask if you like it, I had to just say it was okay, pay and leave because, quite frankly, I didn’t want her putting scissors anywhere near me again. I literally would’ve been better off putting my hair in a pony tail and cutting off the split ends, like how they cut the hair off of the pony tail of the people who donate their hair. Either that, or giving my 3 year old some scissors. Not only does it not look well blended, it’s choppy. She cut my hair dry… I’ve never had ANYONE, cut my hair dry before, EVER. I can’t even go to another salon and have somebody competent cut my hair because I can’t risk sacrificing anymore length. I don’t care how cheap that haircut was, it was $ 20 too much. I would’ve been just as upset had it been free. My mom saw me and said«oh my god? Why would you cut your own hair» My 3 year old daughter said«Mommy, what happened to your beautiful hair» when I picked her up from school. Now I have to walk around like this for God knows how long. The only thing I can think to compare this to is the ancient Egyptians who had their hair cut straight across, except mine is choppy. The worst part is that nothing can be done to right this wrong. I’m just stuck looking like an idiot. You can even tell when I put my hair up.

This is the first time I have gone to this location. I had Lisa, she was very nice. Not over friendly. She did exactly as I asked. She asked me if she could take me to the sink, rather than spray my hair with water. She then proceeded to trim my hair. She even showed me the back!(people never show me the back unless I ask first.)

Went yesterday for my first cut in 6 months, hair was a mess. Lindsay listened to what I wanted gave me options and made it look great. I am really happy with my cut and she was super friendly and outgoing, I felt like I had known her for years. I am a guy that normally sits there quietly while I have my haircut but this time talked the entire time. Highly recommend Lindsay and Danvers Supercuts!

Okay I know it’s a Supercuts but of all the haircuts I have had recently the one I got at this location was the best. Not only were we able to get two people in(myself and my 5 year old) 30 minutes before closing but they still took our time to make sure we got the cut we wanted and were friendly the entire time. The hours here are a little limited compared to other locations. Only open until 6PM on Saturdays and 11 – 6 on Sundays but are still open late until 9PM Monday through Friday. When it’s time to spruce up this cut I will be coming back here.
