GREAT experience!!! Came here after physically leaving the San Ramon store because they could not help with a replacement sim card. I spent more time trying to figure out if the greeter in the San Ramon store could get me a solution then it took for Jonathan in Danville to cut my sim and get my new phone working!!! I highly recommend this store, it was very refreshing to get a friendly employee to help you in a timely manner.

The service people in this store are NOT familiar with ATT company regulations. They are NOTATT employees, they are contracted. Do not expect that what they tell is will be in actuality what happens with your account, etc. More than once I’ve had experiences of what was agreed and presented at the store was different than the experience when dealing with ATT directly. This particular event that causes this review? I paid full price for an ATT phone and the technician sent an unlock request for it. When I got home, I was told that the phone was not eligible for unlock for 60 days. Therefore, I have a paid for phone, that was useless for the intent for which I bought it, which was contrary to the guidance given at the store. When I went back to the store to try to rectify this, the tech claimed ignorance that«he’s not in the unlock department» and therefore has no responsibility for his actions or communications to me, even though 30 minutes prior it was communicated that I’d be all set once I received the verification email. ATT online people would not correct his mistake. No one would take responsibility. This group of individuals need proper training and need to actually know the products they sell. Do yourself a favor, if you have to deal with ATT, do it online so you can get accurate information and ensure your money is well spent. Stay away from this store.
