I’ve been to a couple of places for a Brazilian wax and Crystal by far does the best job. I highly recommend her services.

I’ve been going to crystal for a long time. When she moves. i move with her lol she’s that good! Even now that I’ve moved out of the bay area, I refuse to go anywhere else for my beautifing needs whats a 32 mile drive when you know your not gonna find a better service else where and I’ll tell you why. She is amazingly good at what she does… she takes a painful experience for most into a visit with a friend. Her place is very clean and sterile cute and chic! around of applause for this lady for going above and beyond in helping us reach our full level of beauty on the outside to go with whats on our inside.

Crystal is… in a word… Amazing! Not only is she excellent at her craft, but she is incredibly personable and makes what could be a very awkward experience (a brazilian wax) easy and comfortable. I have followed Crystal to three different locations and will continue to follow her. I live in Hayward and drive to Danville because she’s just.that.good. My teenage daughter liked Crystal so much she has become a client for eyebrow and leg waxing as well. I would recommend Crystal to anyone and everyone.

Been following Crystal since she was working in Castro Valley. Love her work and personality! She makes waxing your ladybits an almost a comfortable experience. She chats with you the whole way through and is hilarious to boot. And who doesn’t love her classic pin up girl look?!

Crystal does very good work and is very personable and professional. Not stuffy or clinical at all. Makes a sometimes painful experience funny with conversation and she’s very affordable. Also, you can text her with questions regarding your appointment and you’re in and out fairly quickly!

I met Crystal when she was working in Castro Valley and I vowed to myself that I would follow her wherever she goes! She is such a nice person and does such an amazing job! She’s clean and hygienic and has never ever lifted any skin unlike some other waxers I’ve been to! She also uses hydrogen peroxide on me after a wax which prevents me from breaking out as my skin is prone to it! (No it does not burn at all) She always replies instantly to my text messages and phone calls when I need to book my next appointment! Love chatting with her too so you won’t have any awkward silences with her. Totally recommend her!

Crystal got back to me b/​c of Unilocal and has been doing my brows perfectly since I found her again in Castro Valley. She honored my living social deal too :-)

Like Kristin H, I am giving 1 star because when I attempted to make an appt for my 2^nd of 3 pre-​purchased eyebrow waxes, I called and left 2 messages for my next appt (my first was in late Oct when she told me she was moving to a new location but still booking appts on Sundays and Mondays at a friend’s work place in the same
Pleasanton bldg.) and received no return call.
The waxing was 4 star quality but her lack of customer service, and apparent embezzlement, is why the 1 star is being given. Happy to change if I receive communication back. I have no choice but to report her to Living Social.
Her website seems to have disappeared as well.
¹²⁄₃ UPDATE: Because I like to play Nancy Drew, I went to the
website to review the refund policy, and I noticed that on my voucher history for Classy Waxy, the name had been changed to «Waxcraft.» So I went to that website, and saw Crystal’s name in a website testimonial. I called the posted phone number and Crystal answered! She said she’d honor the Living Social deal, and I made an appointment for tonight.
So, a lot of effort has been gone to on my part. Let’s hope for a successful waxing!

Crystal is really great. She is professional and does a really great job. I went for a brazilian wax which can sometimes be awkward with someone new. Crystal made me feel very comfortable and in no time I was good to go. She also did my eyebrows and I have to say — they looked better than they ever have. Thank you, Crystal!

I have followed Crystal for years, finally she talked me into a brazillian, being that I have done this and had terrible results I vowed to never do it again. Boy was I wrong best decision ever and its all because Crystal made it painless and comfortable. Crystal is highly reccomended. Not to mention she is in a prime spot on Main street.

I’ve been going to Crystal for about 2 years now and I have to say she is the BEST I have ever been to. I had been through about 7 others by the time I met with Crystal. The last one had Butchered my eyebrows so I was a little nervous going to someone new again. She listened to what I wanted & explained what she was doing. I get compliments on my eyebrows all the time now. She does an amazing Brazilian as well. Almost pain free and no double dipping. Very Clean and Professional. I recommend her to anyone considering getting waxed. Give her a try and you won’t be disappointed.

I’ve been going to Crystal for over a year now, and think she’s the best. After having one bad experience with a Brazilian waxing, I was hesitant to have it done again. However, Crystal is amazing at her job and moves along quickly. Her skills and good conversation make a not so pleasant task seem enjoyable! I highly recommend her.

Crystal is amazing! I have very fair, sensitive skin that usually looks raw and red after waxing. I told Crystal my issues and she was able to wax me with out my skin getting inflamed at all! She also shapes my brows beautifully. She is friendly and makes the waxing experience so comfortable, I can’t imagine going to anyone else now that I have had the best!

Crystal is amazing! She is the only person I would ever get a brizillian from or trust with my brows. She is an expert at brow shaping and is very professional when waxing your unmentionables. She is fun, very personable and always makes me feel comfortable! She is clean and being sanitary is very important to her. She NEVER double dips a stick in her wax.
