Great little store owned and operated by a very kind Iranian gentleman. They have a regular variety of middle eastern goods, groceries, pastries and housewares, including cd’s and dvds. Will definitely be back next time for any of the middle eastern staples I need.

This Middle Eastern store has very little items to offer ! The stuff he has is old or stale ! The owner has no manners ! He is rude! There are other ethnic stores in Danville, WC, Dublin. Why would any body go to this store and put money into his pocket???

A hidden little gem for persian grocery items like Falafel, Gyro, etc items. They have a daily delivery of pita bread, and have everything you need to make some good middle eastern dishes at home! The older gentlemen is polite and friendly who runs the place too. Nice job BiBi Bazaar!

4 stars for the selection of middle-eastern spreads & the whole wheat Afghani bread. It’s a yeast bread, fluffier than na’an. Was hoping to find injeera, a fermented Ethiopian crêpe. Seems this place is a little further east in the middle-eastern cuisine range.

For the person that didn’t get the name of Bibi Bazaar, but went on to describe the spices and foods they carry, that is exactly the conotation of a Persian bazaar, only on a much smaller scale. Having said that, this is where I do all my shopping for Persian ingredients, and everything is always clean and the ingredients fresh. If you have any questions about cooking special dishes and aren’t quite sure what you might need, the owner will always have some friendly advice . They even have some items from Iran, and when I needed a table cover for my haft-seen for Persian new year, they had some, which saved me from having to borrow one from a friend. It’s a wonderful convenience to have a specialty store like Bibi Bazaar right in the heart of downtown Danville with their own parking lot. I would recommend the frozen kabobs for those days when you want something quick, but tasty.

Finally went in here today and found some lovely, new and exotic(for me) things to try, specifically seasoning… they have Persian specialty items, very friendly staff too. Worth a visit if your expanding your kitchen repertoire.
