Decade Computer

This is the second time I have used Decade Computer to resolve computer problems. Tom promptly returned my call and tried to troubleshoot the problem over the phone for free.
The situation called for Tom to repair my computer, which he did quickly and completely.
100% Trustworthy, I am calling him for all my computer issues and have no hesitation in referring anybody that has a computer issue to him.

I had a problem with my computer that was a quick over the phone fix, no charge! I talked to a couple of people that had no idea what was going on. Tom is very knowledgeable. Will use him in the future and will recommend him!

Tom is a remarkably talented, intelligent, honest and competent computer guru. He has worked on my computer many times over the past seven years and never fails to amaze. Once he completed a job but the issue recurred. He came back and spent another 90 minutes working on the issue which finally resolved the problem and did not charge me since he had to come back. Who else would do that?

Our computer was repaired by Tom a few weeks ago. We had gone months without it working, mainly because right after we had it fixed by someone else it crashed within 24 hours. I read the Unilocal reviews and decided to call Decade. I am glad I did. Tom was able to come out the next day. He was very thoughtful, when he was running a bit behind schedule, he had enough courtesy to call BEFORE his appointment time to let me know he would be a little late. He not only fixed it, but also took it outside to blow out all of the dust. No one else does that, they blow all of the dust onto your carpet. His prices were fair and the computer works great. It has been hard to find a GOOD computer person, but my search is over. Decade is the real deal! I highly recommend him to anyone who needs help with their computer.

Let me be another one to give Tom a deserved 5 stars. I called him with a problem with my laptop and offered to drop it off at his home. He said no problem for him to come over and take a look at it, which he did within a few hours.
It turns out the problem was a power supply issue. Not only did Tom offer to loan me his extra power supply until I went out and bought one, but he didn’t charge me for the visit, as the problem turned out a relatively easy one to fix.
He also fixed another problem I had with my laptop– his response time was excellent and his charges were extremely reasonable.
He is professional and takes a well-​deserved pride in his job. I am very happy to recommend him 100% to anyone.

Tom runs his own computer repair/​upgrade service (as well as providing other computer related services). I had a 6-​yr old computer that was slow as mollasses and he installed a new (SSD) hard drive for me and the computer is like new and runs very fast !! Tom is very fair in his pricing and his turn-​around time is fast! Plus he’s a very nice guy and easy to talk to. I give him a very easy 5 stars!

Tom is a terrific computer technician. A year or so ago, I had gotten some references from him after getting a coupon in the mail for his company. His references checked out and those I spoke to highly recommended him, thus I hired Tom to transfer my files from my old laptop to my new one and get my new computer up and running. He did an amazing job and was professional and fast and knows his stuff. My new computer was set up quickly with no issues, and I have been pleased since. In the past year I have had a couple of technical and troubleshooting issues that Tom has handled and resolved. He can come to your location for bigger jobs and he has handled a couple of my requests remotely by shadowing my session and resolving the issues I had. I feel fortunate to have found Tom and trust him implicitely to handle any of my technical needs. He is professional, courteous and knowledgable.

Great Service, I didn’t think anyone could live up to the rave reviews but Tom did. He is a patient man, even to those of us that don’t have computer backgrounds. I will use him again and trust his service advise
