Elite Kicks Tae Kwon Do Academy

We have heard many positive things about this academy. We joined earlier this Spring and so far, Master Young and his crew are living up to their great reputation. Master Young challenges my boys and he always pushes them to do their best. He teaches the kids to listen and to respect their parents, teachers and masters. My boys absolutely love going to this class. They are drawn to this class. I would recommend this TKD academy to families without hesitation.

Master Young is an excellent instructor who is very good at Taekwondo and knows how to create a very disciplined, but fun, workout. Elite Kicks has a very nice studio with clean and professional equipment. I highly recommend trying Taekwondo here!

I’ve been learning Tae Kwon Do from Master Young since 2006, when he originally had his studio in Oakland. After training with him for two years in Oakland, he combined studios with his master in Alameda. Most of the students from the Oakland studio followed Master Young to Alameda. Then when Master Young decided to open in Danville, a handful of the original Oakland students followed him. That’s how much we are dedicated to the sport… and to Master Young.
Thru all of my training and fallbacks, Master Young has taught me this, «surpass your goals.» I take what he has taught me and apply it to all aspects of my life. My classmates have become family. We train hard and are challenged. Yet… we come back for more! That is a true test of how good a master is.
I’m still working on my one-​hand push-​ups and doing just one pull-​up. But at least I’m still trying. Master Young and my fellow classmates have yet to give up on me… and I know that they never will.

Excellent choice if you want a challenge for your child (or yourself!). Master Kim has passion and a real gift for this. Highly recommended.
