Just visited your store to pick up a few things for my daughters. Thank goodness for Tressa, she helped me pick out things that my girls love!

Bay Area
Cute store with a huge selections of clothing and accessories.
It was very organized and clean during my visit and the employee was friendly, started a room for me and helped with my purchase.
It’s hard to walkout empty handed.

This is a cute little shop. Everything is color coordinated. The styles they sell are very hip. The prices are a bit high compared to the likes of the more common clothing stores, but that doesn’t deter you from finding one piece that just says to you that you got to buy it.
The employees there are wonderful. They are so helpful and always get you what you need. They are easy to talk to and they know their knows. They know enough about the materials and the way they are made.
This ship is a wonderful addition to an already packed filled with delight city that is Danville.
I would definitely come back again.

I’ve been here a couple of times. They have a bunch of cute things. Price range is good. Not very expensive.
Here is he reason they are getting 4 stars and not 5:
There was a pair of sandals I liked and asked if they had my size. Unfortunately they didn’t. Not a big deal. They then tell me I can go check the Blackhawk store to see if they have them. The only thing that bothered me was why couldn’t they have called the Blackhawk store to save me a trip from driving there? If it’s a chain store, I feel they should call other locations for the customer to see if they have what they are looking for. That was the ONLY thing that bothered me.
Other then that, everything was fine. I will come back. Just hope what I’m looking for they have, or they offer to call another store.

I’m obsessed with this store at the moment. When I visit my family/​friends in NorCal, I like stopping by here, because of the easy accessibility of this location. There are Francesca’s near me in LA, but the fact that this one isn’t in a mall, and you can quickly run in and out with a few fashionable finds, makes it hard to resist stopping in. They almost always have sales going on. And they have a good range of clothes for events and age ranges. I made a last minute purchase here for a friend’s rehearsal dinner, and got many compliments on my dress. If I worked here, I would be bankrupt, because everything is so tempting to buy!

Reminds me of Charming Charlies, with less jewelry and more home goods. It’s a cool store, with interesting, fun, not very expensive things. I’m sure somebody will find something they have to own here, be it clothes, jewelry, pillows, etc. I like stopping in and seeing what’s new. Service is pleasant and not intrusive.

Third time and I am still charmed! The staff at Francesca’s is phenomenal and knows the definition of customer service. Every salesgirl I have encountered is friendly and beyond helpful BUT never pushy. I’m completely sold on this little boutique with big charm.
