A picture got smashed. I took it here to be repaired. Knowledgeable people that wanted to help me, fair prices, and did a good job. I will come back again.

What a find! I called 3 frame shops and, not only were they the closest, they were also the least expensive. The work was perfect, the service and communication were stellar, and — when the piece wouldn’t fit in my car — Andy brought it to my home for me! Ann is very professional and very nice to work with. It was a terrific experience, I’ll definitely be back!

Image Design & Framing is wonderful. Ann is very professional, knows her products and will take whatever time required to make sure you are happy with your project. Andy is a wizard framer! I have had a fair amount of framing done there and am always pleased with the quality, price and efficiency!

Wow… I was really surprised to see only one review for this business! I read Elizabet’s review of Rick’s and must say that he is not the Snootiest framer in the area (Whatever you do don’t got to Alamo for framing!).
Image Design is run by a very nice and extremely knowledgable couple named Ann and Andy. After following my mentor’s recommendation, and biting my tongue to avoid asking if their first names were «Raggedy» I looked into getting a custom frame job done here.
Their price, craftsmanship and turn-​around is the best I have found.
After working 6 years as a semi-​professional oil painter in the Danville area I will go nowhere else. If you want the best results at what is likely the best price too — this is defintely the place to go.
The results I got were so impressive that I could not resist blowing my entire art materials budget for the year on framing alone!

After reading the reviews on Unilocal I headed over to Ricks. I was underwhelmed to say the least ny his lack of personality and his ridiculous prices. Since I am at Trader Joes all the time I tried this place. They have alot of nice original oil paintings on display and the framing was gorgeous, so I thought, this place looks pretty upscale, this is going to be EXPENSIVE. I brought in a portrait and explained what I was looking for. I figured, let me deisgn what I want and then worry about the price later. Well I held my breath when she went to price it out and she came back at $ 200 for a custom frame, linen liner and metal silver leaf trim. This was with the 30% discount she gave me. AND it was ready in 10 days. So polite, so courteous, great prices and most importantly top quality work. I was so happy, I would use them again in a heartbeat.
