Amazing service! Good selection on suits and reasonable prices. Gary helped me choose my very first suit. My dad who has bought plenty of suits, said that it had been years since he had been helped by someone so great! Must have taken up nearly an hour of Gary’s time, but he provided a very low pressure, kind, and helpful approach the entire time. It felt like he really wanted to find me a suit that I liked and I fit into, even though I didn’t have the money for a pricey one. He was honest and very knowledgable. I highly recommend you go because of the great customer service and their selection of 100% wool suits and separates.

Julie is extremely kind and helpful. My fiancé and I came in after finding moth holes in a brand new suit we purchased not long ago (they were not there when we bought the suit). She first suggested we visit the nearby dry cleaner for a repair but they were unable to do it. She helped us find a different solution to repairing the suit and took care of us in a timely manner. I would recommend anyone visit this store if you are in need of men’s clothes and accessories.

Very disappointed. Second time to visit this new location. I love the Jos. A Bank store and brand, but the Danville location has let me down. Both times I have visited the customer service was horrible. The store was empty of customers and the clerks were too busy talking amongst themselves to help. Both times I went to their location, they were completely out of my size in dress/​business shirts. When I asked for help, the clerks half heartedly pushed a few piles of shirts around and announced that they didn’t have my size. Two visits and still not a single shirt in my size. (Not just in one color… NO shirts in my size.) No apologies, no offer to order from their warehouse. I don’t see this location staying in business long.
Back to the Lafayette location for me. They have excellent sales people who understand why they have a job.

Super nice guy working here, his name was Paul and he helped us from when we walked in to when we walked out. They were having a 2 for $ 99 sale on the button down shirts my SO likes but he didn’t want to pay $ 50 a shirt (even though they are definitely worth that IMO) so the salesguy helped out pick out shirts from the Clearance section online in his size (which is hard to find because of his length). We walked out paying $ 115 with tax included for 6 shirts which is a really amazing deal. We also bought some shirt pins or tags or whatever they’re called that keep the collar straight or something.

Good customer service, was shown what I was looking for in a suit-​nothing more nothing less. Simple process here since I already knew what I was looking for. The only reason why I didnt give them 5 stars was because of their small selections of suits in my size. But they did try to work around it by saying they can order any suit I like.
I’ll update my review when I pick up my tailored suits in a few day.
