Great salon with excellent service. I always get a great cut here. It is nice to be able to walk in be taken care of immediately. I always satisfied with the stylists.

I want to say that the stylist here, Esther, did an awesome job with my haircut! She listened to what I wanted and suggested a way she could do it. After it was all said and done, my haircut turned out great! I appreciate her taking the time on the small things to make my cut that much better. I am a 24 year old male with short/medium length hair, so I would highly recommend her to any male wanting a haircut in here. But I am sure she would do well with females clients as well. Thank you Esther!

I feel sad that this being my first Unilocal I am to write it shall not be favorable. I took a chance on Mastercuts thinking the woman who usually does my hair would be booked. I had been working a lot of overtime and hadn’t called in advance. Figuring a walk in was my best option I headed to the mall. Deciding on Mastercuts was a mistake and resulted in a lot of upset the stylist we will say stylist 11 left my hair uneven, stacked uncorrectly and was very impatient obviously to join the back room break gang as they dined on thier early lunch. Not a good experience and would not recommend this salon, they charge absorbent prices and I feel like the stylist could not even cut hair correctly, maybe it was just my bad luck. High prices and in my opinion low skills. I paid and when I wanted my money back, I couldn’t get it the manager was not in, stylist #11 said she could fix it, I think not, I sent pictures to Regis Corp was told my money will be refunded and a generic I am sorry you are unhappy with your haircut«stylist 11» said she would of been happy to fix it. . Yes give me my money, before I sue you for what it cost to get it fixed. And I understand stylist 11 was upset the way I talked to her, understandably so as it is understandable any female would be upset when left with the end result I recieved. I want to thank Fusion Salon and the caring staff there whom fixed this horrible cut the same day and got it right while I was an emotional wreck. Something like this taught me a lesson wait it out and never trust just anyone to cut your hair. I gave mastercuts one star they deserve –3 stars all they way. I left unhappy, uneven, and unreimbursed. Still at this time the $ hasn’t been refunded and that is just bad business. I might donate the money so stylist 11 can take some refresher courses.
