Ordered some tires from the Tire Rack and they were a «preferred installer». So I brought the vehicle there, but as soon as I walked in, saw a BIG sign that says «Not responsible for damage to aluminum wheels». I asked if this was aftermarket wheels only, and they said no, it includes OEM wheels as well.
Really? What cars even come with steel wheels anymore! This is despicable in the 21st century.
I’m only giving 2 stars because they do have a few mechanics there who take pride in the work they do, but I can’t support the company at all.

If you think an oil change and inspection should take 7hrs then this is the place for you.
Dropped vehicle off at 10am. Received a call at 5pm since they couldn’t find the registration in the glove compartment. Turns out they couldn’t see that our truck had two glove compartments, one above the other, and the registration was in the one they didn’t check. Gave me attitude since they couldn’t find it and they were closing in half hour, even though I had dropped the truck off 7 hrs earlier. At no point did they apologize or take any responsibility. Said they got backed up and do work on a first come first serve basis. They have never been speedy in the past but this performance was a new level of incompetence. Will not return.
