Simple Air

Several times I found that the guy who came was probably drunk. he was not able to hold his tools properly and he wasnt sure what he was doing.
These guys came to my house four times for one problem and still could not fix it.
Please stay away from these guys.
2 stars because they were able to fix my AC in one shot.

Super bad service. The first time. They gave me a 12 to 4pm window, so I had to take a day off to wait for them. On that day, they called me at 12:30 said the tech is not available and I said I took a day off to wait for the appt. you couldn’t change it on the last min. They agreed to check with the tech and call me back. They never called back. I called them around 3:30 pm. They still told me the same thing. I was so upset but still they wouldn’t send out a tech to look at my issue that day, so I got a Sat appt 8 –10 am. On Sat, I realized I got a missed call at 8:45 am from them. I had a feeling they wanted to change my appt again. I called at 9:00. They told me because no one answer the call the tech left the area already. This company is ridiculous. They never told me they will call and make sure someone house before they come and they gave me 4 hrs window (the first time) and two hrs window (the second time) to wait for them and within 15 mins the tech is gone ??? If you have time to waste, feel free to try their service.

I live in Redwood City, and Pepe from Simple Air came to our house to repair the duct work underneath our house.
Pepe was very thorough. He took care of the 2 registers that I knew had connection issues. I was also concerned that there were other leaks because of our high heating bills, and he crawled under the house to inspect several other registers (he found 3 other problems that he repaired). He also gave me some tips on ways the system could be made more efficient.
Simple Air was also prompt, and helpful and flexible with their scheduling. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for heating /​air conditioning installation or repair.
