Why are woman always complaining about the underpaid employees at a self service gas station? Passive aggressive much? Good grief! This station is the cheapest in the area, the employees are very friendly and I have never had a problem in all the years I have been going here. Ladies, some advice: If you do not know how to pump gas or use a car wash maybe you should just ride a bike! Lol! But since this station is always packed, you better believe that most people already know the deal: this station and their crew are the best in town. They take Safeway club rewards too to make an already good deal a steal.

Just in case my other review didn’t post… don’t go here. The attendants are rude(they actually smile when you they can’t/won’t help you!) Last week, ALL of their pumps were out of almost all gas. Their car wash breaks all the time, and doesn’t do a good job even if you go through it several times! Basically, not worth it when there is a Shell station right around the corner. Gas stations shouldn’t give stress to your day and I’m certainly not going to sit around waiting for a manager to come in at noon when I was promised a «free» carwash when theirs broke twice as I went through it a couple weeks ago! Good luck, Texaco. People aren’t stupid. You’ll quickly be out of business with that kind of repeated lack of customer service.

Friend purchased a coupon for a car wash one day. Didn’t use it that day, but went back to use it today. Was told the coupon had expired. The clerk even laughed at her when she got upset. My understanding is that in the state of CA coupons or gift certificates that are paid for can’t expire. If there was discount in connection with the purchase of gas they should have at least refunded her the price of the car wash. Bad on them! My husband and and I both usually purchase our gas at this station. We will not be doing so in the future.

I usually like to get gas somewhere else but I’ve been here a handful of times because it’s close to work. The store is clean and organized as well as the gas station and you don’t have to wait for a pump even during rush hour since they have plenty of pumps compared to the number of patrons. I hate the gas panel. It’s very slow and if you’re not careful you’ll end up with a car wash that you don’t really need. I came here for the first time at closed to midnight one day after work and I ended up with a car wash that I didn’t want. I tried to talk to the guy inside but he waived indicating he was closed. Not much of a customer service. So beware of the gas panel. I kept the receipt for a while but I didn’t remember to go back again. I came back way later but I knew the catch and I was careful. Don’t tell me I didn’t warn you :-)

Disappointed with the car wash. Had mud under my car, so I paid for the best automatic service, but the advertised underbody wash didn’t work. Talked to the people inside, and they didn’t want to bother with the issue. Told me to return next day for the manager. Returned next day for the manager, but he wasn’t there. Another guy was there, and he said their car wash doesn’t have the underbody sprayer feature installed. It only has a side sprayer. Didn’t offer any apologies nor compensation. Could have at least offer another wash for free if they didn’t want to give a refund.
