I was contacted by an agent named Steve Maloney in the Danville office to let me know my home was scheduled for sale at auction. I was not contacted by the lender and would have never known if it wasn’t for Mr. Maloney. Mr. Maloney helped me by listing my home and selling it as a short sale. Mr. Maloney was EXCELLENT through the entire LONG process. He kept me informed every inch of the way and was VERY EASY to communicate with. He was hard working and honest. I always felt he had my best interests in mind. I would highly recommend his services to either listing or selling your home. He is EXCEPTIONAL at his job and that is SO HARD TO FIND these days.

They don’t just leave it at Real Estate knowledge either. With having a marketing guru on their team, they put the word «team» and «out of the box thinking» to another level.
