I have seen Dr. Desai 5 times in the last year. She had seemed to have a great bed-​side manner and helpful. However, her follow-​up & assistant’s follow-​up could be better.
I have a long history of back problems that Dr. Desai has seen me for & treated in the last year. However, I was rear-​ended a few weeks ago and it seems like she has been treating me differently because of the accident.
Her tone in her messages are flat and unresponsive. Not impressed.

Went over for my yearly physical with complaints of joint pain. Dr. Desai thought it was Gout, so had blood work done.
Results came back negative. Reason I found out about the results is that I called and requested them, the Doctor never called me back or followed up at all. I also had to call the Office and request the results to be mailed.
Obviously I am going to find a better Doctor thought some research.
Enough said.
