Initially I was pleased with the timeliness of the owner’s visit to my location and initial diagnosis. After further investigation, we came to find out that the owner didn’t even thoroughly check to diagnose our problem. He turned the unit on, saw that the fan wasn’t running, and jumped to the conclusion that we needed a new fan motor. The fan was just unplugged from the previous company looking at it. When I called him to explain this, he sent a tech out to do a through diagnostic. Upon completion, we have determined that the compressor was bad and it needed to be replaced. The compressor was replaced timely, however this did not completely fix the problem. I called the owner, Carl, multiple times to have the problem resolved, and he was extremely rude with me. He told me, «There are lots of people that have kids right now and don’t even have an AC unit, so you can wait. There are record heat indexes right now, what do you expect?» I have since hired another company to fix the problem. Come to find out, the problem is because the company does sub par work and did not completely evacuate the refrigerant line when replacing the compressor. Also, they did not replace the filter drier, which apparently needs to be replaced any time the refrigerant line is worked on. I will never again use their services, and I will never recommend their services to anyone.

The so called Vice President is rude and not helpful.
Installed a unit and when we had issues looked at unit outside and said there is nothing wrong. Did not even come in house to check. Too much of hurry to go to beach. I already heard his complaint when I called about how I was interrupting his weekend plans.
Also said that other companies bad mouth him but he is the only one I heard complain about other services.
Run away from this company.
