I took my grandsons bike there yesterday and cannot say enough good things about the great service and about Kevin who fixed my bike! He was so very nice and so very fair in what he charged me to fix it. What really impressed me was when he said that his top priority was to make the bike safe to ride which was of course my top priority also. I am so glad the Bike Shop is there and I will always go there with my bikes. It is definitely the best bike shop anywhere in this area! Thank you again Kevin!

Talk about customer service — this place ROCKS!!! They are certainly more reasonable cost wise, but they really bend over backwards to help you find the right bike for you. We recently needed to replace a hand brake on a trail bike and after checking online and calling around, we were not surprised to find we could purchase it and get it installed here for less than the online price just for the part. The other local bike dealers couldn’t touch Eastern Shore Cycles in price and certainly not in service, either.
