Clean Carpet Tech Philadelphia

When we first moved into our home in 2013 I had all the carpets cleaned !! clean carpet tech was on time and did a great job Im actually using them again and short notice hoping for the same experience

DO NOT use this company! I had an apt for 9am today and no one showed up, I called them and after 5 minutes of shuffling through papers and chewing in my ear the guy told me «Yea, ummmm so I won’t be able to make it out to you until after 1pm. I have a guy doing work for me and I need to be here with him» I never got a call that the time would be changed ahead of time either. Very unprofessional. This is NOT a real business!

I just had my sofa cleaned by this company and it is as good as new! I was really surprised by the results. The gentleman that performed the work was polite and kind.

Called these guys on a Friday and left a message to set up a time to have our couches cleaned. We were trying to have it done within two weeks as we’re getting new carpets. They never called back.
Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I called back on Tuesday and set up a time my husband would be home for them to come out on Thursday. They never showed. My husband had to meet a friend so he left but only after calling them several times with no answer. Finally got in touch with them later on in the afternoon. The guy offered no apology or reason for not showing up, but rescheduled for Friday.
Husband sat around and waited for them to come at «One PM, sharp!» No show. Phone calls were unanswered and unreturned.
Apparently this is not a real business. If it is, it is the least professional one I have ever dealt with (or tried to).
They adverstise and quotecheap prices but that hardly matters since they don’t show. Save yourself the grief and call just about anywhere else.
