This place is a horror show. It’s a shame, because it is walking distance from my house. First, the food is just not good. Then, the service is terrible. They are always understaffed and have incompetent people who cannot make subs or walk and chew gum at the same time. On several occasions I have gone in to grab a sub in the summer and the A/​C was broken, and the heat in the store was so unbearable I had to walk out – not to mention I really didn’t want the sweat from the workers’ foreheads to drip onto my lunch! It’s also expensive for what you get.

Sign on the door says open until 9pm. Arrived 8:40, door was locked. When I motioned to staff for attention, they shook their heads and would not unlock the door. Had to go elsewhere for food.

New Haven, CT
Tried their Thai chicken special on a flatbread today. Chicken taste like rubber all the time. It’s walking distance from my work so the convenient of grabbing lunch fast works. Price is reasonable. It’s a small place so I would recommend takeout. Service is decent.
