I waited about half an hour in the drive through before they even asked what my name was. Maybe my brain is just used to drive throughs being a fast thing, but waiting about 30 minutes before attempting to help just seems messed up. I’ll never go back to this location.

Ok, so I am very fussy when it comes to customer service. This store rates way up there! They went out of their way to help me on the phone! They held the product I wanted aside until I could pick it up after work. What a convenience! I have to say, I didn’t have a problem with any of the associates with whom I spoke. I called at least 10 stores trying to find one who still had some in stock. Every one of the stores did everything they could to help me. Impressive!

This was awesome. It may be in a really nice neighborhood, but, hey, that makes it all the better. I literally only stepped in here for a moment, and the employees jumped on the opportunity to help me. I went to the ATM for some cash, and I even overheard the cashier having friendly small talk with who seemed like a regular customer there. I just loved the courtesy of their employees. I also noticed the cleanliness and the organization. Very well put together. *ATM wasn’t broken! :D
