I scheduled my 8 – 12 appt with Manns Mechanical and it was the WORST customer Svc experience in my life. It all began at 7:40am that is when my 8 – 12 appt began my husband was sleep and didn’t answer my phone call or the door I asked the woman Elaine who says tech is at door if they could come back closer to 12 since he works nights and I’m already at work. She says sure as long as I pay $ 100 for miss appt WTH … U r the one who rescheduled my appt to 7:40 i nvr heard of anything like that before she says it’s a first time for everything and hung up and tech left at 8:00 I guess they don’t need my business or anybody else’s in that sense.
