I like how some way there is one review that is not recommended. Whats up with that? It was spot on. We have lived here just over two years now. And really, only because we dont want to live in Fall River or New Bedford. The maint. guy doesnt really come in and out of apartments at will, however if there is scheduled work to be done he will knock and enter if theres no answer. The rest of the review was accurate though. We get emails from the office about all these ridiculous rules and regulations. No bikes on the patio, no bird feeders, no trash bags on the patios for even a minute, or and this is a new one to me, they will fine you for it if your a repeat offender. Ill try to post a pic of the email if I can. The seniors arent cranky. Most of the people here keep to themselves. It is getting stupid here, no splashing in the pool, for instance. I pay almost 1300 dollars to be regulated CONSTANTLY. Cant wait to move on when we find something better. Perfect place for socialist though I guess.
