Absolute Temperature Controls

I called Cosmos from Absolute Temperature Controls when the AC went out on our vacation rental while we were staying in it during the hot summer. After a very uncomfortable night of sleeping in the heat, I called Cosmos at 8am and he was at our place by 11am. He investigated the unit and told us what the problems were. He said that he may be able to repair it, but since the unit was already 15 years old, he highly recommended replacing it. So, we did. It took 3 days to get the new unit and so he did his best to bandaid the unit so that we would be comfortable for those 3 days. He was successful in accomplishing this. We went the store to buy fans just in case it happened again, but what he did to the unit was able to give us all three days of nice temperatures. He gave us a very fair deal on the new unit and even got us an energy efficient unit to save us money on future electric bills. The day of the install, he communicated clearly when he would be here and installed the unit as quickly as possible. He came back again after 3 days to make sure the unit was running properly and installed a wifi thermostat so that we could control the temperature from our cell phones, therefore allowing us to turn up the temperature when guests were not in our unit (therefore saving us even more future monies). Overall, Cosmos was professional, courteous, knowledgable and we would certainly use him again for any AC/​Heating repairs.
