I went to this store to buy a car stereo, back up camera, and have them installed at this site. Ended up asking for assistance from home appliances from two Best Buy employees that were talking to each other. I felt like I was interrupting their personal conversation. They called another person to come and talk to me. 10 minutes later someone showed up who could not answer my questions. He suggested that I talk to the technician that would do the installs. I went to the garage from the inside of the store, it had a glass door that was locked, I could see the technician and he could see me but he did not acknowledge me. I stood at this door for ten minutes and finally the manager walked out of the break room. I asked him why an employee of this store would not acknowledge me or even open the door and let me in. The manager did not have an answer and not even apology. He opened the door and asked if I would like to wait. I promptly told him that I would not be doing business at this location. This is the last time I will ever enter a Best Buy store. Horrible customer service and the managers does not care.

Selection is sparse but staff is helpful. I gave only used the geek squad(who all seem to resemble Snot from American Dad for some reason) the repair/replacement policy blows. I have to wait 10 days for a new iPad I paid the extended warranty for that was supposed be able to replace immediately.

This is a smaller location so the selection isn’t as good as bigger locations and they don’t do car audio installation. The biggest problem with this location is the horribly slow customer service when doing anything other than buying stuff. If you’re doing a return, trade in or store pickup you should expect to be there a while.

This location isn’t as busy as other Best Buys… The employees are friendly and helpful… We haven’t bought any major items at this location… Most of our purchases here are video games, CDs or movies… Since this store isn’t as busy as others, they often have what we’re looking for in stock…

This is a great location for a Best Buy in my opinion because it never has too much of a large crowd. You can search the store with ease at most times. The employees most of the time are helpful & available. I’ve been more than a few times & never experienced a problem. The store is always clean, cool, well-organized, & has a great selection of products. Prices seem reasonable just like other Best Buy stores. I enjoy shopping here because of the reward program they offer for consumers. If you are not member, sign up for free to start earning awesome rewards today. I gave it 4 stars because I feel it is not perfect as a whole. I did not use a lot of the special services like Geek Squad or Guest Services. So I can’t rate how great or bad these areas are. I did use the phone service section before to purchase a new smart phone about a year ago. The only issues I experienced was waiting for a very long time due to other consumer issues. The service they provided me was satisfying. I would suggest visiting this Best Buy if you are in the area or passing by. It’s worth a visit.

This is a smaller Best Buy, but it’s a pretty good one. They will often have items that other Best Buy stores are out of. I imagine because it’s not in the greater Orlando area, so it doesn’t get hit as much. When we’ve needed assistance, we’ve never had trouble finding an employee and they have always been helpful. Nice cashiers and checking out has always been a quick process. We’ve never made any large purchases from this particular Best Buy(Like a television, computer, etc.); we’ve always made small purchases like movies, games, etc. I really like the fact this Best Buy is never overly crowded. Again, probably because it’s outside the greater Orlando area.

I usually love Best Buy… but not this time. Went to spend $ 200 on a microwave, but my money walked out the door because no one apparently wants it. I must have walked around the appliance department for 20 minutes thinking someone would come along. Nope! I think I maybe saw 3 sales people across the whole store, who were all in different departments helping other people. Oh well. Guess I’ll hit up Home Depot or Sears.

This Best Buy is a little hidden gem. It’s so far back in the middle of what seems like nowhere they normally always have everything in stock. This is where we got our Wii when it was out of stock everywhere else(we actually got TWO.) I can’t say that the employees are helpful because I hardly ever ask for their help. When I go into these types of stores I know what I’m going in for, so I get it, pay for it and I’m done. This location is always clean and normally there are plenty of employees if you needed help.
