I was in there this afternoon to purchase some new cross trainers. The staff was very helpful and attentive which is why I gave them 3 stars however the selection was severely lacking. I am a woman’s size 11 and there were only 3 or 4 shoes I could even try on and nothing I was willing to purchase. They offered to order me a pair in a different color, another customer service positive, but there was nothing I liked well enough to do that. On the upside, it did give me enough information about how various brands fit in order to buy a pair from
. I wish I paid more attention to the names of the two guys who helped me out so I could give them some credit — they were extremely helpful!

They don’t carry wide shoes, said I could special order then online.

Understaffed, and the staff that is there is completely unresponsive. We were there to buy a stationery exercise bike, a purchase between $ 300 and $ 1200, and could quite literally not get *any* help. We waited for 15 minutes and then located and asked an employee for help. We were told that someone *may* come by, but that he was busy and couldn’t help us. The bike we wanted to try was missing a part (the seat) and we needed a tool to borrow one from another bike. We walked over to the bike tool area, found it, used it, changed the seat, tested the bike, and put everything back how it was when we began… not one staff person came anywhere near us or spoke to us.
We were in the store for nearly an hour. Nearly every stationary bike was broken, missing a part, and in one case, a Lance Armstrong brand (expensive!) bike was put together wrong, and therefore unrideable. I’m guessing they don’t sell a lot of these, for good reason…
The store was disorganized, poorly stocked, and prices on items were difficult to determine. We went home, ordered the bike from Amazon, and paid $ 20 less for it (free shipping too!). Crap store, in total disorder, and poorly staffed. Despite the lack of help on the floor, they did have a staff «greeter» saying hello and goodbye to people when they came through the doors… Totally worthless.
