The only reason it is getting one star is because giving zero isn’t an option. I’ve been to this location several times and on more than one occasion they’ve been out of glazed donuts(regular and munchkin) and every visit was before 4pm. How can you be out of donuts and seemingly not making more and still be open until 10pm. Not only that but you’ll get a lack luster response of «oh sorry we’re out of those» like you the customer are some kind of inconvenience for asking for a product they are suppose to have avaiable. Thankfully dunkin donuts are EVERYWHERE in this area so I’ll take my buisness elsewhere and hope that this location closes.

I ordered the bagel sandwich and coffee combo. Asked for the multi-grain bagel and what do I get? A plain one. Also there were only 6 hash brown pieces. The packet wasn’t even half full. What a joke. Lastly, the coffee was about ¾ full. I guess that’s how they make money by skimping on customers.

This Dunkin’ was one of the worst ones I have ever been to. We went around 10am and got some coffee, donuts and a breakfast sandwich from the drive-thru, which is one of the weirdest, most awkward drive-thrus I have been though. The first thing was they were out of several kinds of donuts and once I ordered they actually gave us the wrong ones and we had to go in to fix it. My fiancé liked his sandwich but neither of us liked the donuts which, dispute it being around 9am, were cold and tasted old and stale. Our coffee was average. I will not return.

Not my favorite dunkin. Love that they have a drive through but twice now I’ve gone through it and gotten an entirely wrong order. I recommend checking everything before pulling away.

Great customer service. Quick drive thru. One area they can work on is making sure the Vanilla Iced Coffee is properly mixed before giving it to the customer. There have been plenty of times where my husband takes a sip & gets all sugar from the bottom of the cup. Overall I’m impressed :)

Where to start. Service is horrible as workers constantly seem too preoccupied with either their cell phone or talking to each other. Coffee is hit or miss, sometimes it’s great and sometimes it’s downright terrible. Parking is limited and their drive through is setup weird. Food is okay, I’ve never really had any issues with food and would recommend it if you like their menu but don’t expect it in a hurry.

I love this dunkin donuts a lot of the staff is from Massachusetts(as myself) and I love it! They recognize me every time I come by and it’s always a pleasant experience every time!

I needed to purchase 2 dozen donuts for teacher appreciation. I walked in around 7am on a Friday. The shop was nice and clean so it was very welcoming. I ask the cashier if I could speak to a manager. I ask the manager if they gave discounts to schools and she told me no on, y to seniors or police. So I said ok… Thanks. She then said no worries I will give you the 20% of we give police. She was so nice it truly made my morning! Great customer service I will most definitely be stopping by again and again!!! AAAAA++++++ Customer service is the key to keep people coming back!

i’m a huge fan of DD, but this location is TERRIBLE. The quality of the donuts are bad, and the service is HORRIFIC. Waited 40 minutes for a cup of black coffee, and received a «sorry for your wait»

Went through the drive-through around closing time for some late night donuts. Giovanni was friendly, helpful, and patient as we tried to figure out what donuts they had left so late. The drive-through actually starts at the far right end of the building and goes behind the entire complex. I didn’t experience any of the issues as mentioned by other Unilocal’ers but then again I wasn’t there in the morning. I’d visit this location again the next time I’m in the area…

Very slow service some days. Today it took 15 minutes to just place a drive through order. They were out of ¾ items that I wanted. After ordering with no cars in front of me, there was another 5 min wait. Staff seems clueless some days. I’ve been here before and it’s great, unfortunately today And more recently they have sucked.

Too bad I can’t give it zero stars. Went a few weeks ago and there were more flies in there than a Third World meat market. Ordered a refill of my large mug and sat down with the dirty tables to get some work done. Finished my coffee and got something at the bottom that I sucked into my mouth. Thought it was a coffee ground. Nope. A LIFEFLY!!! Thought this was an ok Dunkin Donuts. Only have used the drive through a few times and each time my order was done correctly and the employees were always pleasant to us. The only issue has been with iced coffee. If you ask for a little cream, they seem to be confused and give you more cream than actual coffee, what gives? I just ask for 2 splenda and take care of the creamer at home. As for the quickness through the drive through, I have been in it with at least 6 cars in front of me during morning rush, and it only took about 8 minutes to get through. We must have been the lucky group…

The food is very good. The service is very slow. Long line with 1 register open only and often. Why? Drive through is awkward a traffic jam. Employees are polite. The Duncan donut«fast and easy» payment and perks app makes the check out very slow and confusing. Don’t bother. The rewards aren’t worth the hassle. And they expire. But the sandwiches are addictive. Especially the chicken salad croissant! Store is not noisy. It is Clean. Nice temperature. Free wifi. Comfortable. Good hours.

I used to come here daily for over 2 years, but lately the service is so slow I don’t have time and just today, I made my usual order and it was 50% more than usual! I asked why and they said«they must have raised the prices» when I pointed out that their overhead price board still showed the old prices, they said they can’t control it and refused to adjust the price. I left without buying anything and won’t ever be back.

Utter disappointment! Where I live in St. Pete’s, I have a Dunkin Donuts that is my favorite to get donuts for my students. However, this place left much to be desired. 1. Parking was a mess. The drive through is a loop through the actual parking lot. People were backing out of parking lots and almost rearending cars in line. Horrible concept. 2. We went inside and stood in line for 30 minutes. At 9am in the morning, there was one person working register and one behind the counter. Not near enough to be working the front and the counter. It was so long that I actually had people ask me what time it was. 3. There was one person left in front of me and we were told that the registers were malfunctioning and we would have to go out to our cars and go through the drive through. I asked if we could just stand there and order and pay through the drive through register. I was told no, because there were people in line out there too. I informed the girl that I had been standing in line for 30 minutes with a 2 year old and would appreciate the consideration. She simply restated when she originally said. 4. I then went and got in line at drive through and the lady didn’t know which donuts had yeast in them. I had to go to the website and look them up. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with Dunkin Donuts and was horrified at the service received.
