Great all-around florist I’ve used them many times as they are the local affiliate for the big boy companies such as FTD and 1800 flowers they always go above and beyond to get the order delivered on time and have always followed through with the recipient if they cannot find the location no complaints at all beautiful beautiful work

After reading the reviews on Unilocal,I called to ask if Flower Power delivers to Saint Cloud and was informed that they do not. Courtney, who answered the phone, was incredibly pleasant and went above and beyond, asking me in what zip code I needed the delivery, and quickly recommending a flower shop to help me. She even gave me their website to visit. Amazing customer service, especially to a non-customer! Most companies and employees would simply say they couldn’t help you, however Courtney was stellar!

Very happy! I found Flower Power on Unilocal and gave them a call on a Monday for a Saturday delivery of a flowers to the Disney Dolphin Resort, and James was very helpful with recommendations to ensure the flowers got to where they were supposed to be, and the flowers were almost exactly what I asked for. I had asked for an orange, white, and blue bouquet and accompanying boutonnière, and the floral designer added some pink roses as well. Pretty, but when the intended recipient detests pink, it wasn’t too pleasing. I should have told them, I just didn’t think to since I had a pretty specific color order already. So I would definitely recommend them, and would happily to use them again, I would just be sure to point out any«no-gos» I had.

I called yesterday from the Washington DC area to inquire about delivery to a local resort for my wife’s birthday today. Unfortunately I waited until about 6:30 last night. I was surprised that a gentleman answered, gave me awesome customer service, delivered a gorgeous arrangement to the resort, and charged a very reasonable price. I am a happy customer a thousand miles or so away!

Awesome job! I walked into Flower Power at 11 a.m. looking for an inexpensive bridal bouquet for my wedding that started at 7 p.m. The lady that helped me was simply awesome! I explained that my ceremony was very simple and last minute, she presented me with several options and had the bouquet ready in 20 minutes as promised!

WELLDONEFLOWERPOWER! Valentine’s Day has been a thorn in my side for most of my life. I didn’t date when I was a teen, and the kind of guys I dated in my 20s and 30s were… well… rock musicians, mostly. If you know many rock musicians, you know that few are in a «shower you in gifts» space in life. YES! There are PLENTY of solvent, romantic musicians out there… mine weren’t; and being a receptionist, then secretary, for at least two decades you can well imagine the amount of flowers and candies I begrudgingly received for others, and the countless swoons that passed before me over the years. Not a whole lot out there calls more attention to one’s abhorrent single-hood than your co-workers and friends having the visible evidence(or lack thereof, really) on Valentine’s Day. By the time I met my husband, I’d mostly given up on the idea of ever having the«awwwww» reaction from my co-workers when my flowers arrived at the office and considering that I was not working during my first two years with my husband, I’d continued to be robbed of that moment. Is Valentine’s Day really that big a deal? Not really, at my age and with my fertile self-esteem(which I’d lacked in the earlier years). But it’s one of those«someday» moments that my husband wanted me to have and this year I was finally working in a place where my dream man could have some flowers delivered to me. Like the phenomenal love-nugget that he is, he did just that(and unlike his creep-tastic predecessors, he’d even looked forward to it)! When I got the call that I had flowers at the front desk, I was so excited! Imagine my dismay when I arrived at the front desk of my office and saw a lovely array of almost dead blossoms. My first«awwwws» were already turning to «ewwws», but more importantly, I felt the sting of hurt and anger that my husband had been robbed of this gift… this sweet moment that he so wanted to give to me. The nothing-but-joy moment he’d paid for and looked forward to was already deader than the flowers were well on their way to being. I took photos of the offending blossoms and sent some of them in an email, discussing my upset and concern, to Flower Power of Davenport(the florist who had arranged and delivered them). Almost immediately, I received a phone call and an email looking to resolve my concerns and right away that spoke very highly of their customer service. Over the next few days, James at Flower Power tried to contact me to speak with me on the phone, but with work, school, family, etc… I am one tough nut to crack in the communication department(just ask any of my friends who think I’m dead, as they’ve not heard from me in months). After several attempts to talk with me, I came back to my office(from lunch with my husband) yesterday, to a message that a bouquet was at the front desk for me. While not an exact replacement of the one my husband had intended for me to receive, the new bouquet is nevertheless lovely, fresh and a shining gesture of customer service excellence that I’ve noticed to be egregiously lacking in this tourist-saturated area of Florida. There’s a prevailing vibe of «don’t worry about it, this [half-hearted food/service] is good enough. They’re probably leaving in a week anyway» that comes from nearly anyone in any service industry in this area that is utterly bewildering and despicable, so to have someone in the area take their reputation seriously and treat their customers with respect, in this way, is pretty phenomenal! The card reads, «…Just wanted to put it right.» Well done, FlowerPower! Thank you for being an example of quality and excellent customer relations! May others in this area follow your example!

I called Flower Power from snowy Chicago on February 12th for a birthday delivery on February 13th for my mother-in-law who was vacationing in Florida. James was so pleasant on the phone, and extremely accommodating, despite it being 2 days before Valentine’s Day. The day of the delivery, I realized I had given them the wrong address. When I called to correct the mistake, the woman on the phone was so kind. The flowers were delivered on time, they were beautiful, and, according to the recipient, lasted well more than a week! I wish my local florist offered the same level of service that the have at Flower Power!

My review is based upon the staff at Flower Power. I had an order that was referred to another location due to my request being for a very long distance delivery. There ended up being complications with the delivery that were 100% not the fault of Flower Power. James followed up with me in a manner you no longer see in today’s business world and resolved the issue(which had to have caused a lot of headache for him). I would recommend Flower Power to anyone. These guys really care about their customers and have an astute attention to detail. Such a pleasure to do business with. I will be using them for all of my flower needs in the future and recommend them to others.

Not Happy. I placed an order online for my bridal bouquet. On the site it had photos of the bouquet and shown that they could deliver to Kissimmee. It was on the drop down menu when placing my order. I requested that the flowers be delivered before a certain time on my wedding day. My card was charged and I thought everything was okay. A week later I received an email with the message enclosed: «Firstly you have requested a timed delivery and secondly you have asked for a delivery to Poinciana We do not deliver to Poinciana so we would not be able to deliver this. We would be able to make the arrangement up and arrange for it to be picked up by you or one of your party. Timed deliveries would be difficult that week anyway because we will be pretty busy with Christmas.» With this email, it didn’t set a pleasant feel. The address given to me was with a Kissimmee postal address. I did not realize it was actually in the area of Poinciana. They could have been nicer about it, not charge my card and emailed me sooner. I requested to canceled my order and I am now waiting for my refund. –Update on 2÷6÷14− I don’t appreciate a company placing blame on the customer for their inadequacies. They contacted me on 1⁄1 to remove this review, of course I didn’t respond. Now they are just annoying me about this Unilocal review. It shows how customer oriented they are. Per United States Postal Service, the zip code I provided is listed as Kissimmee. So that is what was placed on the order. I didn’t add this to my review, but since they decided to comment. I felt an updated was needed. On 11⁄15 I requested a refund via email. A week later on 11/22, I called inquiring on a refund. At first they told me they didn’t charge me, so I argued with the person and they told me someone would call me back. No one called me, so I called again. That is when they told me they found my order and issued a refund. I received the money 2 days later.

Beautiful flowers arrived and they made my day. I had the most gorgeous hydrangeas and white roses in a beautiful square vase. The greens that surrounded these blooms only made it prettier. Delivery and follow up were executed without any issues. I must say thank you to James, the owner, for doing such a lovely job. Truly, a remarkable arrangement. They lasted over 8 days. Will remark to my boyfriend that they were done so well!
