We came in for a CAT scan after calling and receiving a 30 minute estimated wait time. We have now been here for 4 hours and just saw a PA. The PA told us that any tests we have done for the pain in my boyfriends stomach would take an hour to get results. A 5 hour hospital visit for a CAT scan is disgustingly inefficient.

Worst hospital ever! Everyone there is very rude and unprofessional! My brother was just there for a kidney stone they gave him a prescription a cat scan and sent him home an hour later he was dying in pain I took him to another hospital celebration and he needed fluids and different medicine for the pain! Every time I go to this hospital I feel as if they don’t know what they are doing !

Extremely unprofessional ER staff– unmotivated, discussing loudly other workers and patients, security guard racing around in a wig and joking, feet up, using cell phones as we tried to check in. Patients in ICU waiting two hours for linen change. Horrible place! We had our family member transferred the next day. Staff members constantly blame others for things they could easily take care of. If you care about your family, take them any place other than here!

This is got to be the worst hospital in the Orlando Florida area. The emergency room check-​in process was atrocious you had to hand fill out a piece of paper and set it in the mailbox with the number on it. There was always a two hour waiting time to get into the facility to be seen by a doctor. The bathrooms are nasty the nurse and nurse text the check you in had nasty attitudes especially one name by the name Yovone H she has no bedside manner whatsoever and talked about the patients and front of other patients. I waited hours for an aspirin for a headache. They forgot to bring me lunch this was the last place I would ever go. In the back

My daughter fell off the bed and has a head bad injury. I’ve been waiting three hours almost four with no medical help. Maybe ill be here a lifetime for some stiches -, — horrible.
