Lowe’s of Davenport Iowa

Wow, just wow, I don’t know whats happened to Lowes, but today was just way way below par for customer service.
I came in on my crutchs and asked Mr. Wheel Chair if they carried an item, and he told me that I wouldn’t know until I went back to hardware and asked for help back there !
Wrong answer, How about, Let me call back there and find out for you .
MAkes me want a job that I can not be fired from.
Then the old lady at the help desk registar asks If I found everything that I needed ‚
I told her no, I could not find two things, and I would have had better assistance at Menards,
She came back with «Oh well some like us and some don’t «she handed me my change and I left.
Nice attitude, ! NOT !
For five years this was the only Big box hardware store that I would go to. I swore off of Home depot after my third visit and its been Lowes ever since.
There is a New Menards over in moline, perhaps they have a better opinion of their customers, we’ll have to give them a try.
I always give retailer three chances, so Lowes has tow more coming.
Shame on whome ever is not paying attention.
I guess that the more people you make angry, the less you’ll have to deal with, eventually

It’s Lowes, nothing more nothing less.

Out of all the big box hardware stores Lowe’s in one of the best. They are usually very helpful and many of the staff has a deep knowledge when working through solutions for your home or garden.
