So delicious and very inexpensive! Basically, they give you a bowl and you fill it with wonderful things that you’d like them to cook for you. It’s similar to stir crazy but much cheaper. The servings are huge and I always had leftovers to take home. Dessert is included!

If you’ve never tried Mongolian before, you should definitely try it out. Bring the kids — they’ll have fun too! It’s set up in a buffet style, only you pick up all the ingredients — meats, vegetables, and so on — and then give it to the cooks to prepare before your eyes. They throw your food on a large circular grill and then cook it for two to three minutes, which is all it takes to cook everything through. It’s fun, it’s delicious, AND it’s good for you to boot! The décor leaves a little something to be desired, but there’s nothing else like it in the Quad Cities.
