This place is ridiculous. The staff is rude, and the gently used clothes are way overpriced. Why should I buy used clothes there when I can get the same thing brand new at the same price???

As a first time customer and seller I thought they were all right. I knocked a star down because I took in a lot of never worn clothes and I didn’t get much money back for those items otherwise the staff were nice even though they were just standing around chatting but they were also busy at the time.

This place is a joke! I’ve been in here multiple times hoping to find gently used kids items and I find worn out shoes with mud on them & when I take my child’s nice name brand things in they pass on them. I tried to take my daughters brand new leap pad in & they wouldn’t take it because there is «no way to test it» however they sell used DVDs. When asked if they test the DVDs they said no. They just make sure there are no scratches. The kids they have working there are very unprofessional & have no idea what they’re doing. I will never return

I have been in this store five times. The first two times were to purchase clothing and my experiences were alright. It wasn’t until my fourth visit that someone offered me a punch card. I had spent over $ 100 each time before. The stuff is quite a bit overpriced for second-hand. The last time I went there I was trying to sell some of the massive wardrobe my child had from her two years of life. All of her stuff is from Old Navy, Kohl’s(Carters, etc) and nicer mid-range stores. I take excellent care of her clothing and would never save or put her in something that was stained or ripped or damaged. I took two tubs of clothing into the store, jam-packed with folded baby clothes, shoes, jackets, coats, etc. It was super nice how the crumbled up all the clothes they didn’t want and threw them back into my containers. I have to fold them for you to paw through and discard but its fine for you to treat my stuff like crap? I’m not sure what they are looking for but my daughter is only two and EVERYTHING of her’s is brand new with the exception of a few items I bought there. I took some of those back(«name brand» jeans) and they didn’t want to buy those back! Pretty funny if you ask me. You don’t want to buy back the jeans I bought from you two months ago? The purchased one NWT outfit that was actually just a clearance find from K-Mart that my ex-MIL sent me, a couple t-shirts, and a pair of pants. Everything else was stuffed back into my tubs and shoved across the counter at me. I asked the girl at the counter, «Really? Of all of my stuff that’s all you’re looking for?» She told me the clothes were outdated(surprising since the majority was under a year old) and not high-end brands. Uhhh ok? I also had in my tubs some of the footed pajamas like the ones I have purchased from there for my daughter. Some were brand new and others were barely worn. The crap on the racks was in MUCH worse shape than anything I had brought in. I was treated so rudely that I will never set foot in that store again. I see I am not the only one!

Lots of clothes, some are way overpriced for what they are. You have to dig to find the real values. Staff isn’t overly friendly. A blonde lady wearing the name tag Jennifer was less than pleased to have to ring us up, didn’t say«thank you» and just generally acted like we were a horrible inconvenience and she was doing us a favor. She even got snippy with another customer who was bringing in some clothes to sell.
