Was quite impressed by the size and cleanliness of this room. Visited this location this past week with my 11 year old and 2 of her friends. The rates were the reasonable, the room was clean and spacious. The complimentary breakfast was a win win. Way more than I expected. Sausage, waffles, eggs. Just what my athlete needed prior to her competition. There are plenty of things to do nearby(maybe not within walking distance) but close enough). Would definitely stay here again.

Wow! Excellent! Was not expecting much from a small town in Iowa but it was great… Pros: I was greeted with kindness, warmth and patience. In addition I got a voucher for a market pantry item to use when I saw fit. I also got an upgrade and our room was STELLAR. two bedrooms, two baths, fire place, living room, kitchen… amazing. pool looked nice, there was also a nice outdoor area with cool comfy seating, a fire pit, and a grill. Basketball court and ample parking also. breakfast was AMAZING, food was tasty and there was enough of it. had 3 tvs that all worked perfectly and had a lot of channels. Cons: Power outlets in my room did not work and lamps don’t work unless overhead lights are on. While breakfast tasted good, we had to carry it up to our suite because there was far from enough seating even though the staff tried to accommodate us and have us sit by the computer desk. elevator is old/slow/small. and this is not the fault of the hotel but there is seriously nothing to do around there unless you drive 10+ minutes. also since we had a kitchen we also had plates, knives, etc and all of our plates were kind of dirty/sticky and that was kid of gross Would stay again if i found myself down there

As with all Marriott hotels, this one is clean and consistent with the Residence Inn brand. The room I had was a two bedroom suite that had a full kitchen. I didn’t get to put it to much use since I was there on business and was by myself. Breakfast was nothing special for a Residence Inn but it is still better than many other places I have stayed. The lady that sets up the breakfast is super nice and friendly and that helps get the day started. I have never been a fan of the orange juice machines they have at the Residence Inn’s around the country. The orange juice never quite tastes like it should. But the rest of the food was really good. They had some nice fruit out for you to take with you to work. Their coffee is a bit on the weak side, so not too happy there. The rooms are really clean and the wifi is good and easy to get log in to. I have stayed at some Hilton’s that make you log in every 24 hours and that can be a pain. Bathrooms were clean and kitchen area was clean as well. One thing to note with the area this hotel is in. There are NO sidewalks anywhere around the hotel. There is a busy street(60th I believe) and it has no room to walk or jog for some exercise. That had no bearing on my review but I thought I would mention it to anyone that is planning a visit. The exercise room is small, like most Residence Inn’s are. #Yelp100

Not sure why no one has rated this place, but I would consider it one of the best places to stay in the area. Very clean, renovated and with a very friendly staff. Quiet and comfortable nights that will make you feel like home or something close to it. The breakfast in the morning are a plus and in the evening they have snacks, beer and wine. Free internet as well, but who doesn’t these day? Thumbs up!

I’ve been a Marriott customer for 10+ years and I have to say this is by far the worst Marriott ever. The pictures online at the Marriott website says it all. This place hasn’t been upgraded or touched in years. Everything here looks like it’s been around since the 80s and is in desperate need of a MAJOR face lift. About the most modern thing I’ve found so far is the curved shower curtain rod. Would I stay here again? absolutely not, if it wasn’t for the points. Even then I would probably try one of the other Marriotts in the Quad City area.

Stayed here for a reunion weekend. I had high hopes for this hotel after a nice stay at a Residence Inn in Houston. My heart sank upon walking into the front door to check in to be greeted by a filthy Residence Inn welcome mat. Not much better throughout the entirety of the common areas of this hotel. Come on people! Get that vacuum cleaner working. Filthy elevator and halls. Yuck. Room was«ok» but had a lingering smoke smell. People were very very nice so I cannot give this a lower rating. Could be a cute place with some Formula 409 and a good industrial vacuum.

Stayed here on a quick business trip to Davenport, one of the quad cities on the Mississippi. It’s about 4 miles from downtown but is only a mile or so from a shopping mall surrounded by lots of restaurants. You can’t really walk to any decent place to eat from the Residence Inn. The hotel itself is pretty clean and offers the same bland food for breakfast that others do. I will say that the breakfast lady is incredibly friendly. Convenient to I-80.
