Omg what the he’ll is wrong with these people having only two registers open and a line backed up to the back. Very poor management skills if I say so. And their organization here is ridiculous. Trashed place all the time

The store is fairly well disorganized, and it is always crowded due to its location. Prices here are better than higher end department store prices, but they are not better than target. The one thing this store has over the place like target is selection. There is a lot to choose from here.
I would preferred that the store be a little more organized.

YUCK! WHy are the lines always soooooooo LONG?! I remeber when I first shopped at Ross and I use to find all kinds of nice clothes now I walk in and NEVER find anything, they are always a mess!

I’ve been to this store twice now. Compared to other Ross stores, this one is clean and organized. Crowded like most of them are, but I’ve come to expect this in order to get a deal.
I’ve heard that they cater their merchandise to the neighborhoods they’re in. I liked this store and was able to find an outfit to buy. Dressing room was large. I had no problem getting a changing room even though it was busy.
I also looked through home good to find some decorations for my plant shelf. No such luck. Very little greenery. But I did find an awesome nightlight for my kitchen for $ 5. I love it!
